Many notes: mainly I must say, happy with our stay. My friend flew in so we could go to a concert at the Bellco and this could not be better for access. Walking distance, and a well-lit well-used area so it's not like walking back late through a sketchy area, it was used by many concert-goers. Our room was clean and everything was functional. Here are my notes though, things I wish I knew. 1) there is no pool. You will find contradicting information but as of 2025 the pool is not a thing. Closed during COVID and apparently management has tried to contact Hilton the greater to update their Google info and it's had no impact. No pool. 2) saw many contradicting things online about parking 🅿️. So first: yes there is parking on-site in the hotel building. Note that it is not included in the price, you pay $47 per night at this time. There are some lots nearby for cheaper but they are not secure. The hotel parking uses your keycard for gate access. It is not valet parking. We found there to be plenty though if the hotel is full I don't know if it's a problem. For us, 3/4 empty. Other parking note, you can pull in off Welton and there's a bit of an area that I suppose you can use for check-in. It wasn't clear to me if that was ok, and there's no signage designating spots for check-in but I guess there are also no signs forbidding it so just tuck in so other cars can drive past. Once you have your keycard you turn right to drive UP into the gated parking. 3) Elevator were challenging. The elevators have different purposes. If you are facing the elevators the leftmost one is the one that goes to the LL where the fitness center and laundry are (and previously the pool). The center elevator and right elevator go the rooms but only the right elevator goes to the parking garage. This means sometimes you call the elevator with the button and it brings an elevator that doesn't go where you want to go. And you have to wait until that elevator leaves before you can try to get an elevator for your destination. Kinda odd. Fitness center: nice! Seemed clean and in good shape. My only nit is that the peloton was clunky on the left side. Made me nervous to stand up. Also note, cell reception is terrible down there so you need to get your phone on the hotel wifi before you can scan the code to log in. Overall I found the hotel clean and super well-located (also was easy to walk to the Denver Art Museum!) Breakfast is not included, so take note of that as well. Everything in our room worked and once we got the hang of the elevators all was preachy. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is nice and the location is great, I only gave it 3 stars because the AC on the room was locked at 68 degrees and can’t be adjusted. The room was extremely warm and unfortunately, I had very poor sleep over my stay of 3 nights. The AC situation honestly had a huge impact on my trip in a very bad way that made me so disappointed.

They charged my room for liquor and wine although I never ordered or drank anything there in the territory bar, they fixed it after I called them! That was a very disappointing experience to be honest! The location is great. Also the parking is ~47$ per night and no EV charging station is available! But interestingly if you upgrade your room you can have it for 25$ for all the time of your stay. No shuttles from/ to the airport.

From the moment I walked in, I was greet by the staff and felt very welcomed. I want to thank Shala for providing exceptional customer service. She went above and beyond to help me out with booking a room a day before my reservation. She explained everything with details to help me. Thank you! Cleaning staff is very friendly as well!

As a Tour Manager, who travels on a weekly basis working with some of the biggest headliners in the world , this was the worst experience I’ve had in my 30 year career at any hotel. I paid for a room via a 3rd party website and when I went to check in the girl at the front desk said “Your name is not in the computer, who did you book with” I then told her the name of the 3rd party website. She then said “Oh, we got rid of those bookings,” I then told her my name and said “what do you mean you got rid of those bookings?”. Girl then finds my reservation and said “We don’t have those rooms anymore” I couldn’t believe it, I paid for room! Then they have the tenacity to tell me I’m the one that needs to call to the 3rd party website to get my money back. Not even a call from the hotel ahead of time, telling me they were going to cancel my room! The hotel was sold out and my best guest is, they took my money then sold it to someone else who paid more. Completely unprofessional and an absolutely abysmal experience. I can’t even tell you how much money my company has spent over this last year on this brand of hotel, being one of the largest entertainment promoters in the world. Never again will I ever book a hotel with this brand.
