    We have stayed here several times a year. This stay our room coffee pot did not work. It took the front desk 2 days to get us a working Kyrig. On the 3rd day as we left for the morning we asked the front desk attendant to have our room refreshed. We needed clean towels, coffee cups and paper cups. We arrived back at 2:30 and nothing was done. I called the front desk who told me housekeeping had left for the day. I was frustrated and complained to her. Finally someone did come at close to 4 pm and hurriedly did some of our request. We found the service very poor which had not been the case prior

    I stayed here recently using a day rate that I paid in full in advance through a third-party platform, yet later saw an additional $100.24 charge on my card, which the hotel admitted was a mistake. I was told that the manager was not in and nothing could be done about it, so I would have to contact them again and they made a note of it. This is definitely not the first time I’ve had a billing issue with Hilton and it’s really concerning. I’ve completely lost trust in all hiltons. They never refund you when you cancel a booking either- a month ago I booked with Hilton in vail and cancelled the booking and til now I have a 388 charge on my account and they have not refunded me. This is very disturbing a large corporation would do this and hope ppl don’t check their statements.

    Bar was great. Delicious food all handmade and Monica is a lovely bartender! She’s attentive, helpful, and fun to talk to. Makes great drinks.
