I called to reserve a pack and play and was advised “they are all broken.” When asked what other options there were, we were told there was nothing else that could be done and they “couldn’t just go out and buy one.” The front desk associate was incredibly rude and dismissive during the conversation. Very disappointed with such poor customer service. Would not recommend to stay here if you have a young child.

Most of the room was falling apart and the beds were completely dead. They need to update their rooms. The only thing that made the stay ok was the staff.
