Hotel did not have any of the amenities they advertised. They took out pool and laundry room, but then tried to sell us dry cleaning. The restaurant is blah and there is no breakfast, contrary to what I saw when I booked. This completely changed our trip and we ended up overpaying on food and alternative entertainment. No coffee in the lobby, nothing. Staff is unfriendly and distant. I'll never stay at another Hilton again.

We stayed for NYE to go to the hockey game and it was absolutely wonderful! The staff had game prizes and complimentary champagne for those 21+ (they checked IDs and we're so kind but thorough). The rooms and hallways feel luxurious but are simple. This does support an electronic key. The shower heads were lower than expected but the provided toiletries were great. If you have a singular stay, they only provide the towels for that so if you require more please just let them know. The elevators, even though there are 6 of them, can cause quite an issue if backed up. (We exited off of ours and saw the line go nearly back to the escalators location). But overall this was so pretty and such a treat! We would absolutely stay here again!

Unfortunately, this was not an enjoyable stay. The “gentleman” at the front desk was impressively unhelpful—a surprising feat, especially given that we’re Diamond members and usually accustomed to friendly, competent service. Parking was inconvenient at best, which turned returning to the hotel into an unexpected urban adventure, complete with navigating around homeless individuals. Not exactly the relaxing welcome one hopes for after a long day. Our room on the 20th floor could generously be described as “efficiently sized,” and the bed had all the comfort of a decorative slab of concrete. Sleeping was more of a concept than an actual experience. To top it off, housekeeping never cleaned our room. Apparently, “Do Not Disturb” was permanently activated—even though we never used it. Fresh towels, trash removal, or basic service? That must be a premium add-on now. Given the overall experience, I’ll likely explore other hotel options the next time I’m in Denver—preferably ones with softer beds, easier parking, and staff who at least pretend to want to help.

This hotel is not even close to a 4-star experience. It was honestly one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was terrible. During check-in, staff had an attitude and provided no help or instructions at all. We had multiple pieces of luggage, yet no one offered assistance. I had to take a luggage cart myself without any guidance, while two male staff members stood there with their hands in their pockets watching me struggle. Parking was another huge issue and extremely stressful. We arrived on a holiday, so the streets were busy and some were closed. As travelers unfamiliar with the area, we relied on staff for guidance, but they were completely unhelpful. We’re visitors, not locals—we don’t know every direction, and the lack of assistance made the situation overwhelming. The room itself was also disappointing. It was very small, and everything looked old and worn, like it hasn’t been updated in over a decade. Definitely not what you’d expect from a Hilton-branded, 4-star hotel. Because of all this, I contacted Expedia to cancel my booking (I booked through Expedia). Expedia said they would reach out to the hotel on my behalf. However, the hotel receptionist called my room at 2:00 AM just to tell me they would not issue a refund if I canceled. That was completely inappropriate. Any communication should have gone through Expedia, not directly to me—especially not at 2 AM, interrupting my sleep. It honestly felt intentional. Hilton seriously needs to retrain their staff on customer service and appropriate communication hours. Even Expedia handled this professionally by sending emails, not calling someone in the middle of the night. This stay completely ruined my trip to Denver. I checked out early and booked another hotel because I could not stay there any longer. I came to rest, not to deal with stress. This hotel does not deserve 4 stars—honestly, not even 3.
