Recently stayed at the Hampton inn for 5 days for an event at the convention center. The location was perfect for my needs. Clean room, good service from all staff but especially Kevin. He went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. He was also so friendly. As the first interaction I had in Denver, he really set the tone of the trip for me and made my stay incredible. Highly recommend this hotel and its staff.

Wish there was an option to leave 0 stars!!!! Filthy hotel!!! Room service is terrible!!! Dirty towels left on the floor after being cleaned and sheets were changed but there was blood on the sheets and on pillowcases!!! Drainage issues since day 1!! Please stay away if you can!!! Will definitely go back to Marriott hotels after this!!!
**** UPDATE***** I informed the front desk manager named Kevin at 10:30am of the issue with the bloody sheets and pillowcases and he said it would be taken care of!!! To my surprise when my family and I returned to the room after a long day of shopping at 6:30pm the same bloody sheets and pillowcases were on the bed!!! Informed a new front desk manager of the same issue and I asked why would they even put bloody sheets and pillowcases on the bed and was told housekeeping probably didn’t see it!!! Impossible because the blood was old and looked like it had been washed a few times!!!

Jarrett helped us and he was really chill and kind, and is good at doing his job. He made it easier for me and my family to do something without having our room yet.

I would give zero star if available. It is a scam, the Manager himself told me that you pay for a room, but you get whatever room is available at the moment of the check in. So, they just downgrade your room and dont give reinbursment.

Valet caused $9800 of damage to my car and then TRIED TO HIDE IT. When I received my car from Valet it was parked the opposite direction of all other cars. Had I not went around to put my backpack in the other side of the car I would have drove back home having no idea as they did not tell me about the damage. 3 panels are dented and my car has sensors and collision alerts, it was alerted to the driver that the car was hit, and they decided to try to hide it.
Aside from this issue the stay with Hampton was great. I tried to avoid the mandatory Valet parking but was forced to let PMC park my car and now I’ll be dealing with this for a month at least I assume. I’m writing this review in hopes it speeds up the claim as PMC corporation doesn’t answer their phones, I hope they decide to and I can delete this review.
Update: 1 week after they took credit for the damage and I submitted the estimate, no response, no answer of calls, no returned calls, just me driving around with a wrecked truck. They don’t go through insurance so I’m forced to wait for their super slow process. This is why I never valet my car and wouldn’t have if it wasn’t mandatory at this hotel. This should be illegal.
Update 2: 2 weeks later they finally responded after auditing my estimates. Of course they determined my 2 estimates of 9500 and 9800 from collision centers were too high so they offered me a 9200 cash payment which would likely leave me with 800-1000 to pay out of pocket. At this rate I’ll be driving with a wrecked vehicle for 2 months minimum.
