The delta between the photos of this place and the actual appearance probably overlap with False Advertising laws in some states. Also, that sign on the elevator about it being remodeled is probably a lie given the almost one year history of reviews of it being out of service. Either way, they had better finish remodeling it soon because the doors on the other one seemed like that were really struggling to open.
The only parking option the hotel has is valet parking, but they can’t drive stick, so if your car is a manual, you’ll be paying full price to park it yourself (but they still need to hold onto your keys for you?)
Room was clean enough, though less than half the electrical outlets were accessible and functional. Bathroom was clean, water got hot.

Bad hotel , bad customer service... the guy would not give refund even though the room was dirty and they threatened to take my dad's car. I will be talking to management on Monday and left sales office a message. My dad didnt stay the night in the hotel and left immediately they should offer something..

I’ve stayed at this hotel 4-5 times over the last many years whenever I’m in Denver and I believe the hotel has gone down in quality. The fixtures are starting to show their age. Stained carpets, broken window letting in cold air and noise of downtown Denver, clogged sink that caused a disgusting smell to fill up the whole bathroom, rusting bathroom fixtures, door misaligned so bad it made a noise so bad it hurt my ears and was hard to open. After reading the other reviews, I see the elevator has been broken for quite some time now and it’s still broken now.
I wouldn’t have left a review but service was upsetting. We asked about changing rooms due to the noise from the window and sink but didn’t want to pack up again to unpack again so the front desk offered to just have maintenance unclog the sink. They promised they would but didn’t. Towards the end of the stay the clog’s smell was so bad it was spreading through the whole room.
The rest of the hotel is great. Fitness center is above average, breakfast is the average Hampton Inn’s great assortment of pretty good food, bed is acceptable, and I love the free cookies!
Some updates are necessary and maintenance needs an upgrade.

Crystal the front desk is the one of the Bus customer service representative I’ve ever experienced. This is the cleanest, hotel, the best cookies and overall service and amenities. And the hot tub and pool are amazing
