Don’t waste your money time or energy. Very noisy and dirty two things I don’t want when I stay on my trip. Manager has zero customer service skills. Stained sheets and roaches !!!

Disappointing and careless experience We stayed at this hotel for one night while returning home from a road trip with friends and family. The hotel charged us for parking, which gave us the expectation that our vehicles would at least be reasonably monitored or that the staff would respond appropriately if something went wrong. Unfortunately, when we went to our car in the morning, we discovered that one of our vehicles had a broken window. When we reported this to the front desk, the staff acted as if nothing unusual had happened. They showed no concern and simply told us to call the police and file an insurance claim. They did not notify us of the incident beforehand, did not call the police themselves, and made no effort to assist us in any way. Later, we learned that at least three cars had been broken into that same night. Based on the staff’s reaction, this appeared to be a routine occurrence rather than an isolated incident. When we raised concerns, we were told that the hotel is not responsible due to a waiver—despite charging guests for parking. It’s hard to understand how a hotel can take money for parking yet completely refuse to take responsibility or even cooperate when vandalism occurs on their property. The lack of concern, communication, and basic customer support was extremely disappointing. We would not stay here again and would caution others who plan to park their vehicle overnight.

I stayed here recently and had a frustrating experience. The hotel charged $16 for parking, but despite paying, my rental car was vandalized while parked overnight on the property. It added a major headache—police report, insurance, and dealing with the rental company—on top of the trip. Front desk staff were courteous, but I was disappointed that a paid parking setup didn’t come with a sense of basic security. If you’re traveling with a car or valuables, be cautious and avoid this hotel. The hotel should consider stronger security measures (better lighting, visible cameras, patrols) and clearer communication to guests about the parking environment. Even they didn’t say sorry or nothing for what I have gone through. Avoid this hotel.

BIG THUMBS DOWN. Made a one night reservation with shuttle ride to airport. Upon arrival we were told no shuttle available even though I specifically called the morning before arrival to confirm with the location supervisor Fernando. Asked to escalate the lack of shuttle availability to general manager Heath Baluch. I was given a business card and told to call or email. Three calls and one email so far, and here I sit without a ride to the airport. This hotel is a big thumbs down. Beware, no one had even acknowledged the problem or offered a solution.
