The stay was fine. Rooms were nice, people were nice. Only 10 mins from airport but Shuttle to airport only runs every 45 minutes. Eventhough the grab and go breakfast was just an apple and a store bought plain bagel with peanut butter or cream cheese - it was better than nothing. It's offered if you are leaving early (i think before 6:30).

THIS REVIEW IS AIMED FOR GUESTS LOOKING FOR THE PARK AND STAY OPTION
We stayed at this Hampton Inn for ONE reason: the PARK AND STAY option due to a very early Thanksgiving-week flight. The hotel room itself was fine. Nothing special, but not the issue. The issue is the parking, security, and management response.
We parked our truck directly under a light and a visible camera. I specifically asked the front desk agent that night if the camera was working and was told YES.
Two days after we left, I received alerts that my vehicle had been broken into. The hotel NEVER contacted me. When I called, I was told I was one of FIVE vehicles broken into overnight. This conversation took place around 10:00 AM local time.
What made this worse was the lack of communication and accountability. I was told only a manager could notify affected guests and that the manager, DAVID, would be in at 2:00 PM. I called at 2:00 PM and was told DAVID was not there. I called again at 2:30 PM and again at 5:00 PM. Each time, I was told DAVID was still not there, and by 5:00 PM the evening agent said he did not know if DAVID would be coming in at all that day.
During these calls, MULTIPLE front desk agents told me the hotel does NOT contact police for vehicle break-ins due to hotel policy.
Because the hotel provided no help or direction, I filed a police report myself with the Denver Police Department. I was informed that this specific hotel is targeted FREQUENTLY, estimated at 15–20 TIMES PER MONTH.
Nearly 48 HOURS later, DAVID finally emailed me. In that email, he stated he had attempted to call me, which did not occur. I had no missed calls or voicemails from any number. In the same email, DAVID stated that he contacted the police and was told the hotel could not file a report and that I needed to do so myself. This DIRECTLY contradicted what multiple front desk agents told me AND what law enforcement later confirmed.
Due to the frequency of incidents, a detective was assigned to the case. However, the investigation stalled because the hotel took nearly TWO WEEKS to respond and then stated the cameras “did not record,” leaving no usable footage despite the camera being represented as operational when we parked.
We believed we were saving money by using the park and stay option. Instead, this decision cost us THOUSANDS of dollars in vehicle damage and stolen property.
We stay at Hilton properties regularly and have NEVER experienced anything like this. The repeated lack of communication, inconsistent information, delayed responses, and inability to provide footage raises serious concerns about security and management at this location. DAVID’s handling of this situation reflects extremely poorly on the hotel and the Hilton brand.
If you are considering the PARK AND STAY option here, DO NOT assume your vehicle is safe, and DO NOT assume you will be contacted or supported if something happens.
