This was like staying at a Motel 6 or worse. The nightstand had spilled red wine on it, the desk had something sticky on it and was badly chipped, a stain on the couch, the curtains were half hanging off the rod, there was hair on the bed comforter and the handles to the shower were very loose. I was exhausted and was only staying for the night so I wiped everything down with sanitizing wipes and figured I would talk to someone at the front desk in the morning, but when I left, there was no one to be found anywhere and no bell to ring. It was after 6am, so not so early that there shouldn't be someone around. Additionally, when I arrived, the gate to the parking lot wasn't working so I had to park on the street. It did save me the parking fee, but I had a heavy suitcase and a bad back and would have pain to be in closer. In all, regardless of the location convenience, I would never stay here again. There are many other choices in the area that I am sure are much better.

It's nice and clean with great service. Good restaurant too. However, it's so noisy. Thin walls you can hear everything through and then someone thought it was a good idea to have a huge echoing lobby that goes all the way up the hotel. I can hear everyone having dinner several stories downstairs. The TV selection is terrible too. Lastly, the rooms are super bright at night. Pretty but not practical.

DON’T PARK HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE I reserved parking at the Embassy Suites near Denver International Airport the day before Thanksgiving, and the experience was alarming. The parking area was extremely dark with no meaningful security lighting. When I stepped out of my car, I found broken glass on the ground and noticed a nearby truck with a shattered window. When I informed the front desk, the employee seemed unfazed. The shuttle driver then told me that seven vehicles had been broken into the night before and that he personally would never park there. According to him, there’s only a weekend security guard who walks the lot—no regular patrols, no lights, and inadequate deterrence measures. Embassy Suites should invest in proper lighting, cameras, and nightly security patrols. Their current approach—and attitude that it’s “not their problem”—puts customers at risk. I will never use this location for parking or lodging again.

The front desk at Embassy Suites is less than helpful and even rude. If you want to me met with snarky answers to your questions or just plain unhelpfulness, than park your car here. We paid to park here over a long vacation and when we flew back into Denver, the shuttle to the hotel is supposed to run on the 15 and the 45 of every hour. Well, that’s a totally lie. We went out to meet the shuttle exactly where it said about 5 minutes earlier. We walked out there with our 3 small kids in weather around 20 degrees. As we approached there were other families with small children as well. We wait for the shuttle and wait and the 15 mark passes…we call the hotel to see what’s going on and are met with a rude front desk lady who could care less. Come to find out, the shuttle missed THREE pickup times meaning it was now backed up. It only holds 10 people so that meant when it finally arrived 45 minutes later, we all couldn’t fit on it and basically the front desk told us to all wait in the cold. This hotel only has ONE shuttle where all the other hotels (we saw them all pull up) has multiple! We ended up having to take a $45 taxi (which was a scary ride) back to the hotel to get our car. There were multiple other couples and families that experienced this same thing and the hotel was super unapologetic about the situation offering absolutely no remorse. Don’t stay here or park your car at this terrible hotel!

DO NOT DO AIRPORT PARKING HERE!! We arrived a few minutes before 5am on 11/30 for the shuttle. Booked through a third party in advance. We arrived and didn’t receive a “good morning” just “you’ll be taking the 530 shuttle”. we questioned him because we saw the shuttle driver park and come inside and we were waiting. He said “nope, he’s just going to the bathroom but you guys actually need to leave. we have the right to refuse service to anyone.” Who is in that bad of a mood at 5am to kick us out and ask us to leave for no reason at all? This guy needs a customer service reality check. I’ve never experienced this in my life and I’ve parked all over the airport because I travel a lot. We ended up having to find other parking at the last second because this guy has a superiority complex. I promise we didn’t start this, he was in a bad mood from the second we walked through the door. We’ve parked here before and also almost missed our flight because the shuttle was late. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. Management - please fire this guy. He’s horrendous.
