Make sure you lock down your hotel room door latch!!!
The hotel venue was nice. However, I was disappointed when I arrived at the hotel I checked in and got to my room 1916. I had locked the door with the door latch. I was settling into my space and turn on the tv and a male employee opened the door. i was mortified and frightened as i was not expecting this to happen. Luckily the door latch prevented him from coming into the room. I did not allow him to come in. I asked him what he was doing and i don't think he could speak english. he had a cart with sodas. and i said, "no i don't want anything." "why did you barge into my room?!" he did not answer me. following that i said, "don't ever do that again, you need to knock!"
The next morning i checked out of the hotel.
The shower was a bad experience, the tub was clogged and water was not draining. I took a shower and stood in a tub that had standing water that would not drain. it was so gross. I told the front desk and all she said was.. "ok i will let engineering know. "
that was it.

I had such a great experience at this hotel thanks to the amazing front desk staff. I was feeling pretty under the weather and also having trouble with the hot water in my shower. The front desk agent didn’t just brush it off—she personally came up to my room to check the issue herself. When she realized it would take a little time to fix, she went completely above and beyond.
A short while later, she showed up with a thoughtful care bag filled with Gatorade, NyQuil, Advil, and everything I needed to feel better. It was such a kind and unexpected gesture, especially when I wasn’t feeling my best.
Her compassion and customer service truly made a difference in my stay. I’m so grateful and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place that genuinely cares about its guests.

Embassy Suites is truly one of my favorite places to stay in Denver! From the moment I booked, everything was smooth and welcoming. Alexis, who helped me with my reservation, was absolutely amazing—friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The level of hospitality from the entire staff is top-notch. Every stay feels comfortable and cared for. I’ll definitely be returning!

Had to cancel a few hours after their cancellation deadline and called the hotel to do so. They did a late cancel and I asked if they were going to charge me full price for the room or if I could still get a refund. They put me on hold only to come back and say the manager will call me back. Never got a call back or an email or anything, other than the charge on my credit card for the full (exorbitant) price of $276 for one night. Had I known I was going to be charged, I would have gone, sick or not, and spread my germs there. When I called again and finally talked to the manager, she was extremely unhelpful and said she could do nothing. Guess where I will be staying from now on? NOT THERE!
There isn't a way to reply to the owner's comment, so I am adding the comment here. I have called that number you provided and they can't help, so please suggest another way. Thank you!
