Funny thing when you arrive late in the evening after a long day and then they decide to only offer valet parking at $60. No free parking and no where to unload you bags. If I’m dropping $60 on valet they better be taking my bags up to my room as well. Avoid this place at all cost! Garbage!

There are several reasons why I always look for Embassy Suites wherever I go. But the experience here beat them all. Front desk staff are very friendly. A special mention of the front desk manager Cora. There were two things that stood out to me. One, we were there during Christmas week and she arranged an activity everyday for the guests till the Christmas Eve including photos with the Santa. I have stayed at many ES before during Christmas week and never seen anyone go above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed. The second thing to mention was that there was a small hiccup with the room assigned to us, when I told them, they changed rooms right away and also sent a beautiful gift with a sorry card which was such a sweet gesture. Will never forget my stay here. Rooms were great with beautiful views of the mountain. Breakfast and managers reception were both awesome. Highly recommend this place.

-Great hotel if you want to be right next to the Convention Center- check in is at 4pm and checkout is at 11am. Strict 48-hour free cancellation policy. You can use the Hilton app to get your digital key.
-1st floor is to the elevator, but the 4th floor is the main desk + pool + restaurant
- No complimentary parking: Parking is not included. You will be charged additional $70 if you want valet parking. If not, you pay for other parking garages/lots around the area.
-Wristband for after hours: When you check in, you will need to get a wristband to be able to enter the hotel after 11pm (this might only be for people staying during New Year’s Eve)

Beautiful hotel with stunning views and very close to ball arena, civic center, and coors field. Unfortunately you do have to pay for parking separately and it's not cheap. The pool area is full of children and there is no hot tub or spa. Exercise room is small but decent. Breakfast was definitely the best part!
