I've stayed at 100s of Embassy's and this was one of the best. The service was fantastic. The breakfast was always hot and made with a smile. Ask about the warm green chili sauce when you are getting your omelette!!! Pool, hot tub and sauna was a big hit for the family. Happy hour drinks and service was on point! The rooms were spacious. Could use a little updating based on the rest of the hotel. My only single complaint would be the bed could use a flip or a new one. We will definitely book this again when we come back.

Stayed here after my connecting flight was cancelled. Hotel markets an airport shuttle on their website but there was not one. Contributed to a lot of extra logistical challenges late at night with a 2 year old given our car seat was stuck on the canceled flight. This was exacerbated by the manager who was rude and unhelpful, debating me and telling me there was some fine print I missed on the website. I get the holidays are a stressful time but it was disheartening

For a Hilton, I was disappointed. Ive stayed my fair share and I've never had a bad night until now. The staff tried correcting issues but it was just one thing after another. The bathroom had hair all over the floor initially and the microwave was dirty with what I hope was just crusty cheese. One of the bath towels looked to have a fading red stain with a slight brown tint the way blood sometimes dries and fades. We did get additional towels and that was appreciated. However, we just started noticing more details. The sinks had trouble draining, the bath spout had a screw that was justting out over an inch, the caulking on the bath spout was also not sealed correctly. Those of which did not give me confidence that there wasn't a chance for mold already, and if not corrected there will be mold. The bathroom vent had no airflow (in either our room or our in-law's room) and the rod for the curtain was cockeyed in mounting. There's now was to tell if those won't cause mold issues as well. The experience was lacking as an event/other guests in the main attrium area kept my wife, toddler, and myself awake several hours into the night. It was loud, dirty, and an overall questionable experience. This was communicated to the front desk and they assured us we would be contacted by a supervisor to address the complaint. Two "guaranteed" contact times passed with no contact so we had to call and wait to eventually get through ourselves. Location wise, it was also difficult to not cough or gag with the heavy aroma of the Dispensary across the street. That is outside the hotel's control, they filter the smell out internally very well, but it is a concern for the location and surrounding area.

I'm disappointed staying in 507 as a Diamond member I usually stay here when I am in Denver. This time i checked in and I asked about the parking. The girl at front desk said, "I have to download the parking app and pay for parking at 15.00 a day." So I downloaded the app and paid 45.00. Then come to find out we have NO HOT WATER on THANKSGIVING DAY! So I went to the front desk and talked with the Manager on duty Jose Ambriz and he apologized and informed me I will get a refund for the night and my paid parking till checkout Saturday. I gave him my ticket paid number from T-Park.
It has been twelve days and I haven't received any compensation. No refund of that day or parking. I am so disappointed. It was Thanksgiving and I didn't have any hot water to take a shower for a family gathering. I checked out of the hotel and went to a different hotel the Hampton Inn five miles away. I have never been this disappointed in the service before until now. There rooms are usually clean and breakfast is good. I just wish they would keep their word and refund the parking I never Used and the room that never had hot water.
