We told the front desk and she asked if we contacted housekeeping about the soap. It was too late at that point, I was in the shower when I found out it was empty. No refund was available since we didn’t book direct thru them. They said thanks for reporting the issues. Whatever… The food in the restaurant at the property was really good, but they had a lot of beers out of stock and no flights, kind of odd for a tap house. Disappointing for a Hilton owned property.
