I checked into this hotel with a digital ID New Year’s Eve and they gave me my key card and number. I then went to a concert and out for drinks and told my sister I would meet her later since she was so tired and wanted to go to bed, she had the room number which I could not remember. Not that they asked me for a physical ID (because they didn’t) but most places accept a digital ID and don’t ever ask for a physical in colorado (which this hotel also DIDN’T EVER ASK FOR A PHYSICAL ID DURING CHECK IN) but I got back at like 2am and didn’t remember my hotel room number, and I kindly went up to the front desk, gave her my ID, full name, and key card, and asked if she could remind me of my room number because I couldn’t remember it. She refused to and said the person who allowed me to check in with my digital ID shouldn’t have let me, and despite her being able to pull up my room she refused to tell me the number. At this point I started to get a bit aggravated as I didn’t have have place to sleep for the night, and I asked her to give me the name of the person who checked me in because that person should be reported, she refused to give me a name despite telling me she was able to see who checked me in on her computer, and said she would report them herself. Obviously this is ridiculous because I paid $160 for a room and despite already having checked in and having a room and key card she wouldn’t give me the number. She ended up calling security on me and he kept telling me that she would help me if I was calm, I kept reiterating that was not the case because I was very calm and respectful when I first interacted with her and she didn’t help me. My sister wasn’t picking up with her phone on DND and it’s natural to be a little freaked out when you paid $160 for a hotel and are now about to have to spend the night on the streets. I told him he needed to tell her to help me then because he kept telling me she would help me, but that was never her plan, so I was like you talk to her then man cause that’s not the case. They were threatening to call the police despite me giving her a full name, ID, and room card. I told them they could because I was doing absolutely nothing wrong. They obviously didn’t call the police despite me insisting they should because they had absolutely no reason to. I asked her for her name which she gave to me, but refused to write down for me, so in the morning I had to ask the front desk lady. Her name is D’Asia. I ended up figuring out the room number myself, she had taken my key card so I had to loudly bang on the door until my sister woke up which freaked her out. The morning front desk lady also let me know that although the person who checked me in shouldn’t have, my digital ID should’ve been fine for checking a room number and she should’ve given it to me. I suggest management strongly reconsider D’Asia’s position, and I’ll never stay at a hilton again considering her behavior. I’ve never had worse service ANYWHERE. I don’t think she should be in customer service. Her behavior was quite honestly ridiculous. Also, the parking lot is ridiculously small and there are so many columns that make it difficult to park.

Got here and they lost our reservation and we waited for almost an hour for them to fix it and was so tired from our flight and just wanted to get settled in and get dinner . I was so hungry. So we waited and another coworker waited for their room too since they lost his reservation so we all waited. Seems like the girl at the front desk didn’t know what she was doing, I almost told her let me do it! I had so many years of experience working front desk. But I just left it and finally got a room and didn’t sleep great! Was waking up on and off, room was cold and hot and wake up sweating and noticed that the bed next to us was hugging the heat and the mattress was really hot from the heater . I don’t know why they had to put it that close to it. SMH that was crazy to see. So they really need to move that bed over or something. Yeah and the restaurant downstairs was good not too great but ate because I was hungry and the server he was awesome he was very nice . I really like the location area it’s pretty good and safe so no worries there. All the stores are near by and food too .

We booked 2 nights but couldn’t show up for the first night because of a medical emergency. When we showed up they told me that I would have to buy another night because they had flagged me as a no show and offered no reimbursement for the room I had payed to stay in that night. I told them I had already paid for a night and that they can’t just refuse to give me the room I paid for and they had to bring a manager over. This manager continued to tell me I couldn’t have the room I had paid for and would need to buy a second room. Took that manger getting a second manger before they realized if someone pays for a service you are required to provide it to them. Absolutely ridiculous, Never book a room here because if an emergency happens they will have no remorse and try to charge you for an extra night when you have already paid. On top of all that they had the nerve to charge $15 for their parking which somehow isn’t included with the room cost
