I forgot how to speak English forgot who I was but they were very patient pointed me to my room and I had the best 7.2 hours of sleep before the next leg of my journey.

She harassed us and my kids when we tried to complain about no house keeping for 3 nights consistently. She yelled at my wife on the phone. I filed official complaint at best western website but unfortunately no action taken. Please don't go there as it's very unprofessional

I woke up the next morning and had bed bug bites all over my body. I attempted to contact someone with Best Western that cared, but they didn’t care and will probably continue to rent out that room. Horrible customer service and lack of care about the hotel. I’ll never ever stay at another Best Western again. I believe the Manager's response below is hollow because I tried several times to speak to him or get an email address, but was told I couldn't have it. The people I spoke with acted like they didn't care and the "customer care" line went right to reservations.
- JFJohn FischerDec 19, 20253.0The views were amazing. The rooms were nice and clean. Decent price. Pans in kitchenette were damaged non stick which is toxic, so we couldn't cook very easily. The bar was not good at all, having the bar tender vape weed at the bar (which i am VERY allergic to) and another night the bar was shut down an hour early. House keeping rinsed but did not clean the dishes, which at that point I would have preferred it just be left dirty so it is clearly needing cleaning. It wasn't the worst hotel in Colorado springs, but after my experiences it seems like this town honestly just doesn't have very good hotels or airbnb.
