    We came into the room and everything was fine. Very acceptable accommodations and friendly staff. Later that evening I went outside to take my dog to the area designated. I went out the back door to the building and around the side and when I came back, my key card would not work on the door. I tried multiple times and finally had to walk around the front of the building. The lady at the desk told me that’s just the way it works. After a certain time at night all the side door is locked, and you have to enter the front of the building. I asked her, “isn’t that the reason for having a security card, so that you can have access After Hours?“ She told me, “That’s just the way it is, sir.” That is pathetic. Also, there are no outlets to plug-in devices.

    Rented the handicap room was not a handicap accessible. The bathroom was huge however the shower was not a walk-in shower and the sink was high not for a wheelchair person. The air conditioner did not keep the room cool. And there was no lazy boy chair to recline to help a person that is handicap. Same with the entrance doors getting into the hotel was not handicap accessible he had to wait to have somebody open the doors for him. And one more note the breakfast buffet counter was extremely tall, not for anybody in a wheelchair to be able to get their own food. Very disappointing!

    This is not a good area of town. The property outside has evidence of homeless people in the area. We were there 3 nights, requested new towels and garbage be changed and it never happened. Staff at the front desk is not friendly or quick to help. The only nice person there was the lady that puts out the wonderful hot breakfast and keeps a tidy dining area.

    Don't let the name fool you. There is nothing "executive" or "suite-ish" about this location. I booked a king room for four nights but left after two, mainly to preserve my sanity. The room was positively tiny; all they did was put a king bed in a regular size room and then charge accordingly, and there really wasn't even anyplace to open two suitcases. The bed was about half broken down and when I sat on the side it sunk down like folding a taco shell. The pillows were the tiniest I've ever seen in a motel room - one wasn't enough and two were too much to get comfortable with at night. Housekeeping was a joke, we came back after a long day vacationing only to discover the bed was the same way we'd left it that morning, nor were there any towels. So we had to go get our own towels and while there I asked the desk staff what the problem was; she told me we hadn't requested housekeeping, to which I replied I certainly did, when we checked in. The air conditioner controls were a total mystery, the a/c was either on continuously or it wouldn't run at all, and it certainly didn't control the room's temp. And that miniscule "king" bathroom... you barely had room to turn around in it. It was the tiniest one I've ever been in at a motel. So we endured two nights and turned our keys in at the desk, only to be told that to receive a refund we would have to go through the third party site we used. So I contacted the site Friday and got an automated response that promised a phone call within 24 hours, which was a week ago. But there were also good points about this location. The pool and hot tub were both large, and the pool was actually warmer than most motel pools. And there were plenty of towels and seating poolside. And their breakfast was one of the better ones we've experienced in our travels. Ample selections both hot and cold, with plenty to choose from. UPDATE: I've given up on ever getting satisfaction from this location. Once they have your money you are on your own, you'll never see it again. Promises were made, promises were broken. UPDATE #2: I contacted the property, they said I had to go through Booking.com. Now I've called Booking.com, they said call the property?? These two businesses have totally wrecked what little peace of mind I might have attained on my vacation. Avoid them like the plague. There are other, more reputable sites to work with.
