This place should be shutdown. I cannot believe the pool, WiFi, no breakfast, hole in the ceiling have been going on for months. This is clearly an ownership issue. We are HH members and we will never come back here. We will be reaching out to corporate.

When we originally booked this room it was advertised to have WiFi, breakfast and a pool. All of which when we arrived had a big sign that non of the three were available. They said there would be a grab and go breakfast along with coffee in replacement of the breakfast from like 6-9 am. The first night was ok rooms didn’t seem too dirty until my wife went to take a shower and found blood stains on the shower curtain. I had to go ask for a replacement shower curtain and had to put it up my self. Next morning around 7am me and my father in law went to the lobby to get some coffee. No attendants were in the area, no grab and go breakfast along with no coffee. We then had to take upon our self’s to go into the kitchen and make coffee our self’s. No staff was seen until later in the day when we came back from our train ride. When we first checked in, we told the lady we didn’t want to use the card on file and wanted to pay with another card. Both cards were charged and we are now trying to dispute it with the bank. No matter how “discounted” this hotel may seem it is not worth the hassle. They say they care about their guests by providing cheaper stays, but trust me when I tell you, pay what ever extra cost other hotels may have, it’ll be worth avoiding his one.

First be sure to read the reviews for this hotel for the past few months. You will not find anything over a two-star rating. When we arrived there was a sign on the desk saying if you need service, please call this number as there is no one manning the desk. So we and the other guests had to wait nearly 10 minutes to check in. Next they had a sign saying there is no wi-fi, breakfast, or swimming pool. For breakfast in the morning they would have a sacks of snacks but that was not true; there was no food. Again to check out there was nobody at the desk . There are holes in the ceilings in all the hallways as well as our room. We did not have Kleenex in our room and we did manage to catch someone at the desk to ask if we could get a box. The person at the desk said they didn’t have any there and didn’t offer to get any or send any to the room. I think the only positive I could say about this place is it did have hot water for the shower. This is definitely not a hotel in good standing and I will be reaching out to corporate to let them know of our experience here.

Probably the worst place to stay in Colorado! So sad for a tourist cute town. This place was reported to the hotel association. Not safe or sanitary for anyone, even the staff will tell you! Broken water line, not being addressed in the hallway, pool not accessible since 2020, mold growing in bathrooms, and attempted break in signs on one of the rooms. This should be condemned!

this place needs to be shut down. the manager does not care what the guests. the hallway on first floor had holes cut in the ceiling, a large water leak and the carpet outside the rooms towards the end of the hall was soaked. the water started getting into our room so we checked out. state board of health was there the morning we checked out. hotel was serving"breakfast" even though state board of health "banned" them from serving any food over a month ago. no wifi. thin, worn towels. there was someone else's food in the refrigerator when we got to room. there were no toiletries in the room not hair dryer. why this place has not been shut down is surprising.
