Stayed here during Christmas and every staff member I encountered was incredibly rude. I understand it was the holidays, but as a Tharaldson Hospitality employee myself this was unacceptable service to the standards we are held to. The TVs were also not working the entire duration of my stay, which the staff were aware of but made no effort to remedy the situation. I used points to pay for my stay, and for this issue all I asked was to be granted some points back for the inconveniences, which I did not receive. The staff blew off my concerns, which is disappointing especially as a Diamond member. I stay at this hotel very often, and will not be returning now due to how I was treated. I will be staying at the other Marriott hotels nearby from now on, truly disappointed that this is even a Tharaldson Hospitality owned hotel... Might need to speak with Jessica Barrows about this

Friendly staff, convenient location, and rooms were as expected with appropriate amenities. The only weird thing was that we were on the fifth floor and we heard a lot of noise from the equipment roof until about midnight.

Stayed there last week with a couple colleagues. Absolutely hated my stay. Check in staff was rude and unfriendly. Charimainie didn’t even offer waters or ask if l wanted an upgrade. Keep in mind l’ve been a lifetime diamond member at Hilton for a long time. The nightmare doesn’t begin there. I arrived the room was filthy. There was hair on the pillows not mine at all. The bathroom had been used. There was crumbs on the sides of the beds from previous people l assume. I couldn’t change rooms because l had a meeting and l was going to be gone all day. I returned from my meeting later that day l came in and saw cockroaches by the crumbs on the sides of the bed. Not only that there was bugs on the pillows. I called the next morning luckily the same person who checked me in Charimainie had answered she said that was nothing she could do. That was the her problem it was housekeepings. I requested to be moved and she told me the hotel was sold out and she couldnt move me. I knew that was a lie because the hotel parking lot was empty.I lost it and argued with her. I ended up just leaving and staying at the hotel next door.Much nicer option and nicer staff. I was not going to stay in a disgusting room infested with cockroaches and bugs after traveling for 6 hours. DO NOT stay here.
