Off Highway 36, our hotel is located halfway between Boulder and Denver. We’re a five-minute drive from Interlocken Technology Park and FlatIron Crossing Mall. The University of Colorado Boulder is 10 miles from our door, and Broomfield Bay Aquatic park is under 15 minutes’ drive away. Enjoy our Garden Grill Restaurant and Bar, 24-hour fitness center, and heated indoor pool.

However, our issues were with the people working. When we booked the hotel originally, they charged us an extra three times. We discussed this on call with someone working the night shift and they said they would have a manger call us. Come morning, no manager called. We spoke with the morning employee who told us there was nothing she could do, but would let a manager know. Once we arrived, we talked to the employee working and she confirmed we already paid for the room, however, charged us for the nights…after saying we already paid. A manager was still not in contact with us. I’m guessing they were avoiding us. The workers there seem very unhappy. When I asked for some extra towels, the lady on the phone was irritated that we were even calling, interrupting me and sighing loudly. Overall, I recommend staying somewhere else. Very disappointed in this Hilton hotel, especially as Hilton Honor members.
