Not so great of an experience, they have hidden fees, tried taking $105 out of my account! luckily i saw in time and blocked it from going out, elevator broke and we are on the 7th floor terrible if you think you’re coming on a vacation and the elevator brakes and is hours broken down, + we were in the elevator when it broke! rooms are good location is good but overall not coming back and wouldn’t recommend

We stayed here for 3 nights over the second weekend of November. Waited for a couple days for the final charges to arrive. Overall, Hotel Alpenrock has great hard products, but there’s room of improvement to resolve inconsistency of services. The goods - Entire property feels new and refreshed. Although it’s just a renovation it almost feels like a new hotel every inch of it. We used the shuttle service a lot to get to and back from the Gondola station and Main Street. Ski/snowboard valet is such a great way to start and end a riding day. Outdoor pools melts down immediately after a whole day of activity. The bads - There’s really not bad things I would say, just lack of training for front desk staff. At Check-In, we were given a room with basic room with one king bed, although we booked an upgraded room with two kings, and pre-selected a room in the Hilton App. Front desk mentioned my pre-selected room had some maintenance issue. What made it worse was that I talked to front desk staff about this and she then re-assigned me with the original room I pre-selected and there was no issue at all of that room. She also handed me Amex THC welcome letter at that time instead of initial check-in. Then at check out, when we asked about daily F&B credit and Amex credit, another front desk staff first stated we only had 2 daily F&B credits though we stayed 3 nights. After pointing out the actual nights we stayed he then changed his excuse to not being able to apply Amex Credit and Hilton F&B credits at the same time. Again this is not personal but it really shows what better training and experience could improve the experience, especially at check-in and check out. I would probably return because of the hard products, but not sure how soon depending on the experience with front desk staff.

I just left today after staying Friday thru Sunday for my birthday and wow, I had the best experience. I used the app to do mobile check-in and it has a chat feature where you can talk directly to the team and as an introvert that elevated my experience. I was able to ask questions and even ask for toiletries and extras I was missing. The staff was amazing, amenities amazing. The gym has 3 pelotons and really good treadmills, I was able to start the day with a great morning workout. They breakfast and coffees available that looked delish. The jacuzzi was great after a long day walking around. The valet parking is so convenient and trust me it's worth the $55 a night and it's only if you stay overnight that you pay $55. You can ask for your car from your room through your phone and the hotel has a shuttle service as well. They had so many daily activities like yoga, snores, cocktails, etc. This was such a nice elevated little vacation. The location is so convenient, right infront of peak 9, 4 minutes away from Main Street and so many other places. I will attach pictures of my stay.

We had an unforgettable night at this hotel with my family, and it was all thanks to the exceptional service! From the moment we arrived, Corbin's warm welcome and spot-on recommendations set the tone for an amazing stay. Our rooms boasted stunning views, and the room service was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond, especially one friendly gentleman who refilled our coffee and lent a helping hand with my son - wish I caught his name! But Corbin's signature customer service stole the show, literally until the end. He even surprised us with an Alpenrock Hotel moose for our scrapbook photos of my son! We're creating core memories that'll last a lifetime. Can’t wait to come back here again for more than one day!

The hotel was recently overhauled so everything is new in a very minimal way. But the walls are VERY THIN. We visited before it was the busy season so maybe 5 rooms were rented. They put someone next to us that played music from 3am on and so loud it woke us up. Attempts to have them quiet the music was only a temporary fix. At 6:30am they started again and of course serenaded us by singing along. Eating dinner at the hotel restaurant was a one and done experience. We got the caprese sliders. The bread was stale and the mozzarella cheese was very old and hard. We also got the roasted cauliflower which was very tasty. The staff was very friendly. The gym is past the convention center so hopefully you are not attempting to return from working out with a bunch executives standing around the hall from the conference rooms. That location makes no sense to me. The location is about a 10 minute walk to main street which is nice.
