    Let me start by saying that overall, our stay was wonderful. The location was perfect and walkable to downtown as well as beaver run. The shuttle service was super convenient and the driver was always very friendly and helpful. Where it was lacking: Cleanliness —we expected not to have hair in our showers, dirt and grime in the bathtubs. Property Neglect —this property has been neglected for atleast the last decade. It’s time they put some work back into the property. Front Desk —I called multiple times to have questions answered throughout the 5 days we spent on the property and I never once was able to get anyone to answer the actual phone. Strange Property Rules —for example: you were not allowed to have access to a bell cart unless you were paying for a bell hop. Even if you are just changing rooms. The girls running the front desk were never really accommodative or friendly. Every question was responded to in a burden type of tone. For the price, we expected a little bit more from the property, like access to a bell cart to move between floors and cleanliness that one expects out of a private Hilton residence.

    We have been members for 20+ years, we placed our reservation two months in advance they gave use a smaller handicap room. Tried too get a regular room, no luck said they were filled up. No snow this stay parking was not even close to full occupy. Maybe this is there new business model to get the old members out? We will be quiting our membership, as it is going down hill (without snow).

    This is our home away from home. Great views. Location is very convenient and walkable. Staff is excellent.

    We enjoyed our time here so much! The rooms are so nice and well stocked! If you come for the off season there so many places to day travel to and see! Highly recommend Blue Lake!
