- EHErica HansenOct 10, 20255.0I wish I had gotten the name of the woman who helped us the 1st night, she was absolutely amazing despite looking so tired and overworked, it was a friday evening and aftershock weekend, hotel was FULL FULL, but she was still so kind and even though we had key issues 3 times when we got there, we laughed through it, she really had a great attitude/personality depsite the chaos im sure her day was full of! And the lobby cookies were delicious!!
