Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfy rooms and decent quiet location.
Paid for a parking permit and ended up with over $3,000 in vehicle damage.
For transparency, this happened in October 2024. I’ve tried to move on but this has weighed too heavily on me ever since which is why I’m writing it now.
My partner and I checked in earlier in the evening on a Saturday and bought a parking permit. When we returned later that night, the hotel parking lot was completely full — so full that cars were parked in front of the lobby doors. Despite being at or near capacity, the hotel continued selling parking permits.
When we asked the front desk what to do, we were explicitly told to park in a red zone inside the hotel’s parking lot, as long as we didn’t block a fire hydrant. We relied on that instruction and parked exactly where we were told.
Overnight, my car (only eight months old at the time) was hit while parked there. The damage was severe enough that the entire passenger door had to be replaced, costing over $3,000.
Hotel management, led by then-manager Sarah Dirisu, was completely unhelpful and avoided responsibility. The hotel claimed their cameras “couldn’t see” the area where my car was parked (in the main part of the lot) and refused to provide or even allow viewing of any footage. Law enforcement also requested footage and was denied.
Hilton’s internal “investigation,” handled by Mike McClain, a Hilton claims adjuster, concluded that Hilton did nothing wrong — an outcome that does not inspire confidence.
I’m not alleging anyone intentionally damaged my car, but I am stating what happened: the hotel oversold parking, instructed a guest to park in a prohibited area, and then stonewalled when predictable damage occurred.
If you care about your vehicle or basic accountability, do not stay here. The rooms are also rundown and overhyped for a Hilton-branded property.

Do not come here if you want to pay for their “free” parking every night, and deal with a very rude receptionist. We had two very unpleasant experiences with their receptionist, Grace. She was immediately very rude & short with us on both occasions at the front desk. Thank you to the other receptionist today, I unfortunately did not get her name, who has only been working there for 2 days. She was very kind & helpful, while we were trying to recover a lost item. She looked everywhere, and even offered us coffee or water for our long drive back home. Grace sat on her phone the entire time, and was very rude when she finally had to get up to look for it in a locked closet up front. Do not recommend this hotel.

Stayed for 3 nights and the morning of check out we found out that our car got broken into. They didn’t break the window but somehow they were able to open the car. Lost a baby monitor. We thought they broke in hours ago. But Then after my partner loaded our luggages in the back of our car, he went back to the room to help me with the rest of the stuff with our baby. There was about 30 min to an hour gap between the time he went back in and the time we left. He had locked the car and heard it beep before going back to the room per what he said. So we checked out then told the front desk about the stolen monitor and to us it was no big deal. But then after a four hr drive home and unloading all our stuff we realized there was a missing big suitcase and 2 shopping bags. Its not a safe area for bringing your own vehicle.
Filed a police report. But im sure my stuff are long gone. Maybe i should press charges if they got caught in the camera.
I would suggest that if they make guests pay for parking, they should atleast have good security
Its by hilton too. I thought it would be secure.

I travel a lot for work, usually with my geriatric dog. Hotel itself is as expected, clean and tidy, but Alex at the front desk was especially helpful, friendly, and welcoming. He asked about my dog each time he saw me over my 4 day stay, was quick to assist and give me extra patience as I fumbled through check-in (had arrived on the tail end of a long drive) and each time I saw him asked me if there was anything he could do to help me out. I don’t often remember staff at hotels, not because I’m a jerk, but because I usually don’t interact with them much after check-in, but Alex became a fixture for my stay at Home2, and that makes this my first 5 star hotel review!
