This hotel was fabulous, the guest service was extremely nice and extremely accommodating. The room was clean, it had extra towels already, and my name was on the TV. I was super happy about that. Also, there is a refrigerator, and a microwave. This helps a lot so we could be able to enjoy our food. Check out is at noon so that was very helpful. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, there’s something for everyone. The people there were so friendly the kitchen employees always came out and refreshed everything. The pool outside is heated. This hotel is also pet friendly. The front desk was so sweet. I will be saving this as one of my favorite hotels to visit. Thank you, for the great time and continue to be great people.

This hotel is not safe. I stopped to fill up my car at a nearby gas station and was approached by panhandlers, whom I later saw roaming the parking lot at the hotel. This was the most expensive Hampton Inn I've stayed at this year ($177) and definitely not worth it. The staff gave the people checking in before me complimentary bottles of water, but offered no such ammenity to me. I informed me on check-in, that I'd be charged an additional $10 per night to park my car. I asked if this was to pay for parking lot security and they said they had no hired security. They warn guests to make sure there are no valuables left in the car because of crime issues and thankfully, my car was not broken into overnight. I'm tired, I just want to go to my room and go to sleep, but I either had to drag all my luggage back out to the parking lot to put my parking permit in the windshield or lug it up to the room and head back down to put the pass in the window or risk having my car towed- very inconvenient.
When I checked out, I counted about 100 cars in the lot, so this $10 parking fee, which was not mentioned when I booked, is basically just a $1000/night cash grab by the property owner. This property is not in a downtown location, where everyone pays to park anywhere nearby, so it was disappointing to see such a policy. When I asked if there were any exceptions for Hilton Honors members, they said there was not.
The bed in the room was not at all comfortable. I stayed at a Quality Inn the night before that had a more comfortable bed. The shower was weak and not warm enough and there were no washcloths in the bathroom, only towels.
