    I need to bring a serious issue to your attention. I stayed here last night with no problems, so I had no hesitation booking an additional night when my work project ran over. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a mistake. After a long day of work and driving out of town to pick up parts, I checked into my new room (212). The moment I went into the bathroom, I immediately smelled feces. I looked closer and saw visible specs of feces in the toilet water, urine behind the toilet, and pubic hair on the seat. This either means: • Someone on staff is entering rooms and using the bathroom, or • The cleaning staff is not actually cleaning rooms between guests. Which one is it? I deserve to know. I have attached pictures for proof, and I had to request a room change because the conditions were completely unacceptable. I’m literally grossed out in my brand new room. I really need your team to do better. Please address this immediately and let me know how you plan to make this right.

    Worst experience ever if you have family please do not come here , the staff is rude and the manager Maddison is of no help when you try to get something resolved she will kick you out just because she does not like you .

    I am extremely disappointed and heartbroken by this experience. I was in the middle of a desperate domestic violence situation and tried to show the manager on duty my active restraining order that had been violated. I needed to leave immediately for my safety. The room had already been paid for, but because I only had my father’s credit card with me (different from the one on the reservation), they refused to let me check in. I pleaded with them, explaining the danger I was in, but they showed no compassion or understanding. The manager said the reservation would be refunded, but when I contacted Hotels.com, they refused to issue it. I paid for a room I was never allowed to use, during a time when I truly needed a safe place. This experience added more trauma to an already terrifying situation. I am devastated by the lack of empathy and support shown during a moment when I needed it most.

    Everything was fine except the room didn't smell very well so I'm wondering if they have air fresheners or some kind of Glade plugins or are Wicks that they can do for guess when they come in?

    Staff are always friendly. Hotel is very clean. Pool is family friendly. Fire pit out front is a nice little spot for the night time to relax.
