- MMMatt MillerDec 11, 20252.0I'm surprised that Hilton allows this location to continue using their brand. I've stayed at Hilton Garden Inn's all over the country and this one is the worst. The rugs are filthy, everything is outdated and or broken. The light bulbs don't match, the elevators shake so much that I take the stairs. Even the sliding front doors don't work correctly. They've been performing "renovations" for at least two years now and nothing has improved. I travel to Victorville quarterly and I don't even care about my Hilton Honors status anymore. I'll stay at the new IHG hotel that was just built down the street from now on.

We looked online at the prices, but with the fees added we ended up paying double for one night. Staff was really nice. Thankful they allow dogs.

One of the pictures I saw online showed a tub in the room however my room did not have one so I was a little disappointed with that. The lobby is very nice. They have a small restaurant in the hotel. But there is no room service or complimentary breakfast. The staff is very friendly. There is a place for some fun right next door add plenty of places to shop and eat close by.
