    Nov. 19, 2025. Earlier today the cafe manager displayed discrimination to a disabled senior citizen. Egregious policy & practices. I am considering a law suit. I need a cane to walk & I had already walked across the casino. I told her I was meeting my husband there. Alas. My spouse had not yet shown. But I had to sit down for a moment. The manager & server proceeded to promptly kick me out. Absolutely no empathy or common sense. Rude, & absurd staff.

    I accidentally left my phone at one of the slots and by the time I realized someone had already taken my phone. Informed Valley View security and they came out and told me that they would not be able to do anything not even check their security cameras. I had let them know that the person who found my phone wanted money for it. They advised to call PD. Don’t count Valley View staff to help locate any of your personal belongings. There was only one staff outside of the casino who did try to help and who I am grateful for but other than that TRASHY SERVICE. I’ve had a family member who lost a phone at another casino and they were able to check their security cameras. Horrible way to treat their patrons that go spend their money at their casino and to not get any help from them in return.

    Valley View is my home away from home! I love this casino it’s by far my favorite amongst the others in the area, Pala, Harrah’s, Paulma etc. They do a ton of portions days with prizes and free stuff, it’s easy to climb the ranks in the players club and once you do you will have a ton of food credits and free play, free items, gift cards you name it. Valley View is my go to when I’m out and about. If I’m out you will find me there more than likely!!

    My favorite casino in the San Diego area. I love the food here and they have great comps! You get a packet of coupons and a free gift the first time you come. I like playing the slots! Plus I find the people who work there pretty friendly and that's what's most important to me ❤️ they seem to like their job. Most of them have been working there for years. There are some gaming tables but mostly it's slots and there is one big room that has no smoking. They have a parking structure so there's always plenty of parking. I enjoy the drive out there too.
