New to this Casino but highly disappointed went to eat at the Casino buffet because i heard great things from family and friends. I did not have free buffet I was actually paying. But because I was not a higher tier card holder they denied me entry. My money wasn't good enough to eat at the buffet but it's good enough to gamble. It felt humiliating. Will not be going back nor will my friends and family.

I used to like going here. The games are good and Patties and Pints has good food. My experience on 12/30/25 will keep me from going back. I understand that there is tiered card system but when you make a system in which the Black cards can bypass a line of people who have been waiting in line for over over an hour just to place a food order. Allowing the black card bypass happened multiple times and everyone was like that is just how it is here. How is not it’s beyond infuriating. How has NO one made this an issue. Everyone’s money spends the same and because their system allowed this to happen the wait for food after you ordered was even longer. I don’t understand how as a business they think that would be good customer service or experience. It was horrible and the experience was enough for me not to go back.

Great place to go. Slots are pretty loose. Only one roulette table which is a bummer. I would avoid Saturday and Sunday nights as it's way too busy. You will be looking at a two hour wait to get seated at buffet or restaurant . Food is fantastic though!!

Never got to try the buffet as it is for members of a blue card or higher only. How do you expect someone whom does not live in the area to have 2000 points to gain entry to the buffet?? You would have to be a total addict to gain 2000 points in a night through gambling. Valley View Casino = Weak Sauce.

I’ve gone to this casino several times and it has been 50-50 as far as service and quality. But I went recently December 4 and got scammed by another customer and it was a horrible experience because I was out $800 and it put me in complete dire straits. Long story on how it happened but don’t trust anybody, anybody in that casino. I reported the incident to a Valley view employee. They told me they would contact the security investigator, Perla, but haven’t heard a thing from her concerning my loss or the scam. Very upsetting to not get a phone call or an acknowledgment that they received the information or could help with the information or even cared that it happened in their casino. Also, was there a few months ago and a man went up to my sisters machine and reached over her to turn the machine down. She said, hey don’t touch my machine and he pushed my sister!! Contacted security and they came over and literally did nothing. Did not kick him out arrest him NOTHING!! So, as far as feeling safe at VV - nope, they are horrible!
