I'm in town for a night for family issues. I stay at other Embassy suites when I travel, which is extensively. This is by first the worse one. Saturday night I arrived at 830pm. I asked about the restaurant. Told last call was just starting. Dumped my stuff in my room, ran down, and restaurant was closed. Bar was on last call as well. Grabbed two expensive drinks. Staff was super rushed. Ordered a pizza in. Morning- I head down at 6am for coffee. None to be had except the horrible in room coffee stuff. Ordered again from uber just to get coffee. Seriously, who does not have coffee available at 6am. It's a reasonable hour. So needed to order from Uber twice in a hotel that I booked because they have a restaurant. Room- acceptable but nothing special. Wifi- slow ish. Staff at front desk- very sweet and apologetic for having no service. A note- if you're not going to keep your restaurant open, at the very least, have food available that's not total junk food in your little shop. There are much better hotels in the area. Good place. If I stayed again I would ask for a room that isn’t above the smoking patio. But otherwise a nice place.

I liked how the hotel was near six flags, yet what I didnt like is how dirty the room was, the mirrors where DIRTY, shower was also not clean and I found a dirty sock in my room. at least the hit has a hot tub.

Stayed October 2025. Spacious and clean king suite with a comfy bed and separate living area. Prime location near Six Flags Magic Mountain and easy access to freeways for exploring. Complimentary breakfast with made-to-order options and evening reception with drinks and snacks were fantastic. Friendly staff went above and beyond with local tips. Great for families or quick trips. Definitely coming back!
