- KKKellySep 12, 20252.0This hotel needs a renovation and a good exterminator. All the rooms are nicely sized but they are a bit old and outdated. Working on the computer on the bed when I got up to get a drink of water and I was going to return to the bed I found this on the bed (see pic). Needless to say I was shocked and disgusted. We put it in a Ziploc bag and took it down to the front desk to complain. The desk clerk young man showed the housekeeper and she said that it was not a bed bug. The question is then what was it. No answer. It was some sort of insect. I hope this place takes cleanliness more seriously. Like I said they need a good exterminator and a major renovation of all rooms.
