This place was amazingly immaculate. It was very nice to stay here up until we realize the AC wasn’t working and they wanted us to move to another floor separate from our other family members, but would really upset at me a little was when I went to pick up my packages, and the young lady at the desk told me that they opened my package because they thought it was belonging to the supervisor and that they thought I had checked out of the hotel but a couple of weeks later just to find out they took $986 out of my account assuming I had extended my stay there which we did not but they ended up replacing it and I had to contact Corporate to even get that done but other than that I would give this place a five star for the looks and cleanliness and the staff members did appear to be very kind and friendly. There was nothing negative besides the two things I mentioned.

I never experienced a person at front desk just basically acting like wasn’t in front of them. They came back from down the hall and I asked if may check in. He said wasn’t any rooms yet. Which totally understandable but I waited until he went behind the desk. He then answered phone stood on phone made me feel like wasting my time. I asked if there’s A waiting list or he can call when there’s a room ready. Then finally after waiting, he noticed I was a platinum member and said looks like I have a room. My thing is he should have always have been ready to provide customer service to any guest. I feel like he could have put phone call on hold to help guest in front of them. Management needs to more practices with employees on how to handle phone calls and guests in front of them.

This was a terrible experience, Our room was not ready until 7:30 at night the staff was horrible, Except for one employee that was brand new to the hotel it was her first week she was very sweet... The other lady was so rude to us! We were there for my sons wedding and she ruined my whole time,we couldn't even shower or get dressed in our rooms, then when we get back the lady got off shift a was drinking with male customers by the fire pit, I will never stay there again, and the whole wedding party could not check in at 300 no rooms were ready.

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the unacceptable experience my wife and I encountered during our recent stay. Upon checking in, we were assigned to a room directly adjacent to one where a tragic incident had occurred — specifically, a reported death or possible homicide in Room 432.
At no point during the check-in process were we informed of this situation, which we later discovered only because of the Sheriff’s notice on the door indicating that the coroner would be conducting an inspection. The lack of transparency and sensitivity in assigning a guest to a room next to an active investigation site is both distressing and unprofessional.
When I approached the front desk to request a room change due to these understandable concerns, the staff member on duty responded rudely and dismissively, stating that it was “not possible.” Shockingly, she then told my wife that if she wasn’t happy, she could “come behind the counter and beat her up if it would make her feel better.” This behavior is completely unacceptable and unworthy of anyone representing a hospitality establishment. Following this exchange, she called the Sheriff’s Department on us—simply because we requested to move rooms and voiced concern about the situation.
This entire experience reflects a severe lack of professionalism, respect, and customer care. I am requesting an immediate review of this incident, disciplinary action for the employee involved, and a formal written apology. Additionally, I expect to be assured that appropriate measures will be taken to ensure that no future guest is ever treated in such a manner again.
