The hotel is modern and clean and up to date with a lot of different amenities (laundry, pool, free breakfast, fire pit, gym, and more). They even have a complimentary Happy Hour each night during the week. Our room was super clean, comfy and very quiet. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, plates, pots to make meals which I appreciated.The location is great, very close to the 15 freeway, the Promenade Mall, and plenty of restaurants and shopping. I was very satisfied with the value I received for the price. Overall, a great stay. I would highly recommend to my fellow travelers and will stay here again next time we're in Temecula!

So if your room is not ground floor and in back, good luck carrying luggage back and forth. I carried my sleeping kids and luggage for 3 times back and forth. The light in shower goes off in 30 seconds. I cannot finish shower in 30 sec so had to search for auto on off button every 30 seconds.

It was very nice to stay here up until we realize the AC wasn’t working and they wanted us to move to another floor separate from our other family members, but would really upset at me a little was when I went to pick up my packages, and the young lady at the desk told me that they opened my package because they thought it was belonging to the supervisor and that they thought I had checked out of the hotel but a couple of weeks later just to find out they took $986 out of my account assuming I had extended my stay there which we did not but they ended up replacing it and I had to contact Corporate to even get that done but other than that I would give this place a five star for the looks and cleanliness and the staff members did appear to be very kind and friendly. There was nothing negative besides the two things I mentioned.
