Rooms smell like dirty feet (I assume it's coming from dirty air conditioners that need cleaned) and they increased the EV chargers price from 35¢/kwh to a ridiculous 50¢/kwh. This is 3¢ more than local Superchargers. If you catch a supercharger in the area during low congestion it's as low as 33¢ there. Insane prices. Almost double what they charged before. If you needed to increase your charging cost to cover the switch from ChargePoint to Tesla Wall Connectors you shouldn't have switched! Get the prices at least under 40¢ so guests don’t feel like they getting ripped off for a minor convenience.

If you're looking to stay in Murrieta or Temecula, look elsewhere! I had an issue where I needed to cancel my stay. I called them two weeks in advance. I got the complete runaround. I was told the general manager was too busy to speak with me. I called four or five times to get this resolved. I've stayed at the hotel multiple times before and would have again if they'd been even moderately interested in customer service.
I judge companies by how they treat their customers when things go wrong. This property is inflexible and uninterested in the continued business of loyal customers. I'll be staying at one of their competitors on my next trip to the area.
