The hotel is nice enough for the price, the pool and lounge area is nice too. But the garage is not safe at the moment as there is not a gate. If you stay there, park above ground at the very least. The staff are lovely but they are not able to do much about the fact that the hotel built and unsecured garage that is perfect for creeps to hide out in. Read my review until the end. I am the second woman in a week to have a strange man chase me out of the garage screaming and wielding a stick or tire iron.

Not bashing the hotel itself but want to warn anyone planning to stay at this location. I stayed here for 3 days and on my first day I came and parked in the parking garage (which is open to anyone, no card needed) I was met with a man parked in there, unsure if he was a guest or not. I parked and this man started screaming and running towards my car with a large pole angrily, I then drove away and he chased me down the street which I ended up calling the police. I wish this hotel had some security guards or at least required a card to park in their garage. It was a scary traumatizing experience which made me not want to come back to this location. Beware to anyone planning to stay in this location, Temecula has gotten worse than it was before. I warned the front desk lady about my situation and all she said was “thank you for letting me know” not much she could do unfortunately.

Hotel was nice, appeared nearly brand new. Staff were super friendly but appears to be haunted LOL. We had a ton of fun in and around this hotel. Only negative I could say was the bed and pillows were not all that comfortable…

While the hotel itself was clean, and the staff was pleasant, the room AC was awful & couldn't be lowered or fixed when called. The every other day room service needs some work, even after requesting, I was out of washcloths and ran out of toilet paper completely. I had to resort to the lobby restroom. The garage gives anyone access to the hotel (no card needed) so that was concerning. I ended up checking out a day early from a 5 night stay.
