    Reply: ask yourself Hampton inn, do you really believe your hotel is a “5 star hotel” with an empty pool and a dirty hot tub? —————- 3.5/5 This was a no frills hotel that is walking distance to the strip of Temecula. It was clean, staff was friendly but an empty pool and a cess pool hot tub is obviously not a good look. Price was too high was for it was. Look elsewhere but if last resort no true issues

    Great rooms, very clean. Fantastic staff. Good breakfast! The only negative was the pool being out of order but the jacuzzi is open!

    What a disaster the customer service is at this Hampton Inn. For being a small hotel, they sure do lack any sort of accountability. I submitted an inquiry on October 13 for a room block and to date have not received a response. I have followed up by email and phone since submitting and no matter what time of the day I call, the sales team is not in. Apparently they only work about 30-50 minutes a day and no one knows when those lucky minutes will be. The hotel manager, Lucero, is also condescending and will do nothing to assist. No other hotel takes 7-10 days to get back on a request as Lucero mentioned they do. I have spoken with abbey, roya; Lucero and have been in search of the illusive crystal and Kimberly. At this point, we have zero intention on staying here as this is a terrible sign of why could be awaiting us. I’m just curious who these magical unicorn sales reps are. This is why AI is taking over their jobs…simple things cause short circuits. UPDATE: they sent me a bogus email AFTER I left all of the reviews apologizing for “falling short” and letting me know my dates are “unavailable.” And then the Hilton response is for you to call the hotel you have a problem with because even their corporate AI is too dumb to realize it’s posting generic responses.

    The staff is awesome. The facility is lacking in proper maintenance. We had several issues with plumbing that were finally sort. The interiors are tired and slipshod. I have stayed at Hampton Inns all over the country and this is the poorest example I have seen.

    I have never felt less welcome at a Hilton property. The room was fine. Would prefer not having to get soaked turning on the shower and having the room serviced during our stay but those are not what would usually prompt poor review. Having the evening front desk staff say more than once to not only us but others “not my job” or “I’m too busy for you” was outrageous. He was so rude to us and others When we asked for water, a perk we usually get as diamond members he told us we were not getting water because our account didn’t show diamond. When we showed him our account app and asked him to update the account he said No and basically told us to go away. He never looked up when we came in or left. Having Diamond for a couple of years and traveling often we have just never had such an experience with Hilton.
