- OOOrion_huntress3 days ago3.0There was no person at the front desk when we tried to check-in yesterday night, and it took so long before we got checked in, so I’ll remove 0.5 star for that. The lady who checked us in was nice though. Also the lady who checked us out this morning was also very friendly and nice. I will deduct another 0.5 star for their WiFi. For your information, there is no internet even if there’s a WiFi. The WiFi literally said “no internet connection”. I would see phones being used as hotspots to connect to the internet on WiFi networks. So I just use my phone instead. The pillows are also too soft it’s very uncomfortable to sleep. There’s only 4 small and very soft pillows for 2 people. It’s not enough especially if it’s super, super soft. Overall, I didn’t have a very good sleep and I woke up several times during the night until I finally couldn’t sleep and just decided to get some breakfast. So I’ll remove 0.5 star for that one. The elevator also opens up very, very slow.. so if you’re in a hurry for an appointment or business meeting or something, good luck with that. And lastly, the TV only offers dish cable channels— not a smart TV. (-0.5) Pros: hot breakfast I’ll just give it a 3 stars overall. It’s alright.
