Instead the receptionist put us on hold forever, told us she needed to talk to management and get back to us. Instead she just marked us as a no-show and charged us for the room. We called back the next day only for another receptionist promise us that he would have a manager get in touch. We still have yet to hear anything and feel like we got screwed out of our money. Terrible customer service. Will be telling all my friends and family in the area to avoid this place
