Located just steps away from the adorable little town filled with restaurants, shops, and bars, this hotel truly captures that charming German village vibe. It honestly made me feel like I was living in Germany again! The hotel itself is beautiful — cozy yet luxurious, with elegant European touches throughout. The lobby and bar area are stunning, and I loved that you could grab wine, beer, or even one of their plush robes right in the lobby shop. The bed was super comfortable, although it was a bit squeaky — still, I slept great! The robes added that extra touch of luxury and comfort. Breakfast was beyond expectations — more like a 5-star restaurant experience than a typical hotel meal. You can tell the chef really cares about flavor and presentation. I had the veggie croissant with potatoes, and the sautéed veggies on top were amazing. The room was a great size with a modern, spacious walk-in shower featuring two shower heads (you can choose your setting!). Every detail felt intentional and high-quality. Hilton, you truly outdid yourself with this one. Thank you for taking me back to Germany — I’ll absolutely stay here again the next time I visit Solvang! 🇩🇪❤️

Bartender real friendly, not so great as a waiter. Need to hire properly trained staff! Shower handle broken in my room. No hot water. Very disappointing for a hilton property. Will complain to customer care at hilton.
