We had an issue with my dog barking in the room while we were at dinner. Marcus called us and handled the issue very pleasantly and professionally. He was calm and let us know that he'd call us if it got worse. It allowed us to finish dinner with peace of mind. Thank you Marcus.

They don’t allow early check-in and also refuse to offer any late check-out options, which made scheduling really inconvenient. On top of that, I had a DoorDash order delivered and the staff at the front desk told the driver to just leave it anywhere because they “don’t take orders” — very unprofessional. The lobby staff was not friendly or helpful at all, and overall the service lacked basic hospitality. I will not be staying here again. This hotel makes no effort to accommodate guests.
