**UPDATE: We have not received a full refund as promised and after dozens of phone calls and emails. (11/19/25)
**This Hampton Inn exploits vulnerable cancer patients.**
My husband booked a room at this Hampton Inn but was unable to stay due to the hotel’s odors and cleaning products exacerbating his rare cancer. Within minutes of checking in, he opened the door to his room and became ill immediately. He refrained from entering the room and promptly returned to the Front Desk, informing the staff that he was experiencing discomfort due to an unidentified substance within the hotel. He checked out of the hotel and requested a full refund for the room charges. However, the staff refused to refund the charges despite my husband never stepping foot in the room.
I called the hotel manager, Erik, to explain what happened, and he informed me that he would need to investigate with the housekeeping department before issuing a full refund. I requested that Erik contact me directly, as my husband is currently undergoing treatment for cancer that can be physically and mentally taxing. Erik never called me back after refusing to fully refund the charges before an investigation. This situation has resulted in financial exploitation of my husband by the Hampton Inn. As a Platinum Hilton member and Hilton credit card customer prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, I am deeply offended and will not be returning to any Hampton or Hilton property in the future.

Just another example that a "100% satisfaction guarantee" is only as good as those who offer it. Service was rude and pretty terrible all around from the minute I stepped in. The rooms were pretty nice but the staff were rude, unattentive and clearly were talking about me behind my back to each other, as the bartender woman let me in on. She was the only one that treated me well at all and it was all fake for the tips anyway.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a very decent continental breakfast with hot and cold offerings. Was able to check-in swiftly, grab a bite in their bistro/ bar, and get a solid night's rest. Perfect stop on a road trip
