The rooms were nice, but im afraid thats the only positive. Hidden charges added during check out! Listed as amenities such as the use of the pool! The service is very poor as is the food. No elevator for seniors and the disabled, but they were unwilling to change our parents room to a ground floor room. This was the most upsetting thing about the service. The spa is nice, but totally seperate from the hotel complex. Overall the staff seem undertrained and not able to answer questions or help in any way.

Staff was amazing. Helpful, attentive, and respectful. Hotel is all decked out for the holidays so ambiance was warm and inviting with a splash of fun. Room was clean and had what you needed. Older place but kept up pretty well. Pool area is great. Drinks and food a little high priced but they were good. Would totally recommend! Great for events and parties.

Service is everything, the restaurant’s manager, I think this is whom I was dealing with, was just like old times one, making it right and enjoyable for me, highly appreciated Rooms are weird but as a baby boomer I thought they were decorated for Gen Z which should be ok, each generation likes it differently

Was a fun stay. Loved the gym and the bar/restaurant. Went to “90’s night” and it was a good time. Bartender was a bit grumpy, but I get it. It’s a bar. Rooms were a 4 out of 5. Definitely need updating.
