I stayed here on 12/30/25 and had a good stay. Nice view and walking distance to the Santa Monica Pier. Great service and a beautiful property. Unfortunately the pool wasn’t open the morning I got there due to inclement weather. I would give this property and overall 4.5/5

This hotel was not what I expected and, in my opinion, should not be considered a five-star property. It’s a very small hotel with exterior corridors to access the rooms. If you’re on the 2nd or 3rd floor, you have to use the stairs.. very inconvenient when traveling with a 20-month-old and my grandmother. The room itself was spacious, which was a plus. There is only one restaurant on site and it was extremely overpriced: $39 for a breakfast burrito, $8 for a coffee, an extra 5% health charge? I understand paying for ambiance and service, but it didn’t feel justified for the overall experience.

Truly spectacular. Diamond member for over a decade and have stayed within the Hilton portfolio around the world and this was genuinely my number 1 and most memorable experience within the Hilton chain. Everything was perfect - The pre arrival messages , check-in process , room upgrade , the amenities, the staff friendliness towards us and our service dog , and the wonderful restaurant and bar on site. The leadership team and staff should be incredibly proud of the environment and culture they have built. Truly amazed and will return again and again Thank you so much for an incredible experience

This place is Okay.. Probably would not spend $ or use Hilton points to come back. Reserved 2 rooms with free night rewards on 24-25DEC2025. One for a family of 4 (2 kids) and a couple. The valet is $70 per car. No wheelchair accessibility to the lobby, will have to take a different route (Elevator) that can be found on the back of the hotel. Valet staff can help carrying stroller up or down if available. EV charging available (valet staff can charge upon request, no extra fees) Upgraded both standard rooms to suite and ocean view 1st floor. Shower water pressure was excellent. Breakfast credit given to 1 room only (total of $50). Breakfast is a bit pricey, $6-8 coffee + hot plates averages round $30-40). Breakfast area is small, could feel a bit crowded with 5-6 families of 4. Front desk and valet staff very polite and welcoming. Due to rain, was unable to use pool or bicycle.

Great location. Nice Valet team. Peter at the front desk was super helpful and pleasant when I checked in. He went above and beyond to help me find another room but there was no availability. He did everything in his power to get me a room of my choice but, unfortunately there was no availability. I did have an upgrade as a diamond member to an oceanfront room but it was on the first floor. We had issues with the air/ heater. It was faulty and so cold so we had to turn it off and was given multiple blankets for the night ( it gets cold in LA for locals). They had a technician and the lady at the front desk came by to try fix it. Room was clean very important part of my hotel stay. Didn’t feel or have the luxury for a $1K plus a night room. About 10 mins walk to Santa Monica beach, and restaurants, you can go across the street and take a seat to watch the ocean too. Noisy street cars and people walking can’t be ruled out. The staff here are really amazing and that I consider luxury on its own in today’s world. Will I return here probably if I get an high floor oceanfront room. I’m a local, this was just a night out from home which is just 30 mins away. Overall, it’s a great place if you are visiting Los Angeles, will be a nice place for family as well. Thank you Peter you keep being awesome.
