  Really beautiful place, lovely rooms. The only negative is plastic in use during breakfast (it is a huge disappointment environmentally wise) plus breakfast was quite simple, I really wish there was more fresh fruits.

  The room I reserved was larger than I expected, clean and quiet. They did an early check-in, which was appreciated. The only two issues with this hotel were the public areas, which are quite small and feel below the standard of the rest of the property, and the breakfast, which was very basic. If I were to stay here again, I would skip the breakfast. I should note that my comment about the public areas is made with some caution, as this may be related to the hotel's beachside location, where guests are unlikely to spend much time inside the hotel.

  I used to stay at this hotel years ago before its renovation (thank goodness). It was a bit of a dump but its location allowed me easy access access to beach volleyball at the pier, shops at the mall and promenade and plenty of F&B offerings nearby as well as those on Main Street, which I love. The rooms are now better and decently appointed. The lobby and atrium are also tastefully done. Much better than the tired before version! The staff has been super friendly, kind and attentive, including those of valet, porter, front desk and restaurant / bar. I’ll try and add a few more photos prior to departure. Enjoyed the stay and would do so again! Thank you!

  The service was excellent. Hotel staff checked in periodically to make sure all of our needs were met. Breakfast can be included in your booking. I enjoyed breakfast as there were non pork meat options. Location was close to everything. The pier is about a 5 minute walk. We were there for Eagles game and So-Fi Stadium was only about a 10-15 minute drive (account for traffic). There is a public parking lot across the street. The hotel has valet parking and does allow unlimited in and out. If you use the public lot, you will pay every time you have to leave. Room was comfortable and very clean.

  J’ai séjourné 4 nuits au Hilton de Santa Monica. Globalement, l’expérience a été agréable, le personnel est professionnel, accueillant et disponible. La literie mérite une mention spéciale, le lit est extrêmement confortable et permet de très bien récupérer. En revanche, j’ai été un peu déçu par les équipements en chambre, surtout au regard du standing attendu d’un hôtel Hilton. La cafetière fournie propose un café de qualité assez médiocre , et il faut se déplacer avec la cafetière pour la remplir, ce qui n’est pas très pratique. Il n’y avait pas non plus de bouteille d’eau mise à disposition, ni de bouilloire pour chauffer de l’eau pour le thé, des éléments pourtant assez basiques dans cette catégorie d’hôtel, aucun accessoire fourni dans la salle de bain mise à part du gel douche, shampoing et après shampoing. C’est dommage, car avec de meilleurs équipements en chambre, l’expérience aurait été nettement plus à la hauteur de l’image Hilton.
