The worst hotel you can stay for the price charged. Did stay there on 11/17&18 for 2 nights =$950. This place is Valet Parking only$$ or park at your own risk. When I went to the room toilet paper was missing and no water battles in the room. Called the front desk and said I had to go downstairs to pick up a 12oz btl of water, 1 nor 2 btl’s. God forbid they offered to bring it up to the room. If you go at the bar for a cocktail, glass of wine or coffee, you will be automatically charged a 20 gratuity. Here’s the receipt for three people, see the pictures.
What I’m trying to say is, you can find better places to stay than these cold expensive and very bad hospitality. 👎👎
Hilton you need a whole new staff management for better hospitality.
Extremely disappointed and will pas the word that you are done as a brand.

Great location, Close to 3rd st Promenade! And the room was up to Hilton’s quality. But the service was horrible. We called the reception and asked for water and they denied us and said we will have to go down to the reception and get it as they have cut down on staff for the weekdays!

Beware of leaving personal alcohol in your room! My family and I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel at the end of October. Having stayed here in May on business, we chose to return for a holiday with our children. My husband brought a litre bottle of whisky from the UK airport. Not being much of a whisky drinker, he fully expected to take most of the bottle home after our six-day visit. However, by day four, we noticed that two-thirds of the bottle was gone. This didn’t add up to what my husband had consumed. The next morning, planning a day trip, we took a photo of the remaining whisky level in the bottle. When we returned that evening, much to our shock but not surprise, a significant amount had vanished again. I immediately reported this to the hotel manager. We were told on two occasions that it was being investigated. I insisted that no one who had previously accessed our room should be allowed to enter for the rest of our stay! This whole distressing situation spoiled our remaining days, raising concerns about what else might have been taken without our knowledge or still might be. I am disappointed with how the manager handled this. At no point was an apology offered, nor anything complimentary; the very least I would have hoped for was a replacement bottle of whisky! At check-out, the very polite receptionist mentioned they were aware that, besides us, the only staff member to access the room was the maid. My husband works for big American Corporate and travels frequently on business; he usually stays at a Hilton, as it’s a premium brand but I'm not sure that will be the case going forward! Do better Hilton!

I’m genuinely frustrated with how some U.S. hotels operate. There always seems to be an extra charge waiting to be added on — “destination fees,” “resort fees,” excessive parking, you name it. Hilton’s website clearly stated “Valet parking available for $55 + tax”, which suggests valet is an option, not the only parking available. However, when we arrived, valet was the only parking choice, making it an unavoidable extra cost on top of the room rate.
This kind of practice feels intentionally misleading. In the UK, if a hotel lists parking as available, it’s typically included or clearly stated otherwise. Here, it feels like they try to get you from every angle.
For that reason, I’m giving this hotel one star.
