    Great location, good amenities, nice services. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel thanks to the friendly grey-haired gentleman working at the front desk. He warmly welcomed me, helped me check in smoothly, and went above and beyond by arranging a fantastic room that exceeded my expectations. His professionalism and kindness truly made my stay memorable. Highly recommended!

    Goed hotel. Kamer in orde. Wc maakt wel enorm veel en lang lawaai. Ontbijt was niet zo goed, weinig, heel ongezond en met kartonnen bordjes en plastiek bestek voel je u absoluut niet in een duurder hotel. Weinig plaats bij het ontbijt, mensen blijven hier heel lang zitten ook al zijn ze klaar met eten. Jammer want voor de rest zeker goed. Wandelafstand van de Santa Monica Pier. Enkel dure valet parking, waarom geen self-park?

    Es un buen hotel, pero el servicio de habitaciones no es bueno, especialmente en los baños no hay buena reposición de toallas ni de jabón y champú para el baño. Tuve que reclamar este tema. La atención en el Front desk es muy buena, con personal muy amable y atento a las necesidades.

    Rocky Start but Great Recovery — Nice Stay Overall We booked a double queen room for 4 people, but when we arrived at 12:45 AM on a Saturday night, we were told that only a room with one king bed was available. It was extremely frustrating, especially after a long day of travel, and there was no supervisor available until Monday to help fix the issue. However, after raising our concerns, management made up for the initial goof-up and handled things professionally. Once settled, we really appreciated how nice, clean, and comfortable the hotel was. The location was excellent, close to everything we needed, and the rest of our 5-day stay went smoothly. While the check-in experience was disappointing, the way the hotel handled it afterward showed good customer service. Overall, it turned into a pleasant stay and I’d consider returning — hopefully with the right room ready next time. **Originally rated 1 star, but updating to 4 stars thanks to the management’s efforts to make things right and a great overall stay.**
