  Stayed here a week great time, room was perfect the people that work there perfect the breakfast perfect. Pool was great heated washer dryer hook ups in our room jacuzzi was out of service hope next time its working. Other then that we had an amazing week drove to pismol a couple times. Oooo and there freeken gym was perfect if u work out everyday they got it!!!

  The beds were firm and we prefer soft. The pillows were soft and we prefer medium firm. The pool was warm but dirty probably from the rain. No hot tub. The gym was good. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

  A shitty hotel, a shitty breakfast that you can't even eat and they grab the utensils with bare hands yuck if you ask them to make your room after days staying here, they don't clean your room, 4 days after staying we asked them to please fix our rooms, they said yes and even texted my wife about cleaning the room and asked if it was okay to spray air freshener and they didn't and we asked to change the towels and they couldn't even do that, I had to go down at 1am to ask for the towels, because none of this was done! Don't even expect good attention in this hotel, don't waste your money here! They have the attention they can give you in a shabby motel, we don't even forget a sorry, don't expect anything good from this place, because you can't even sleep well from the scandal that forms in this place, it's not a place to rest I arrive tired after hours driving at 1am to find everything as I left it! We will definitely never return to this place! Mrs. Carol, I really don't know if it's her name, because I think she's very capable of giving me the wrong one because of the horrible way she spoke to me and the little help she offered, but she's a white lady, older, very badly educated by the way, with long yellow hair and wears glasses! For people like her one can't even say, “well the hotel is bad, but the service is good!” It's just that I have nothing good to say about this place, I can only tell you not to waste your money here, believe me for the same price, you can find something better!

  I usually don't write reviews, but I have to share the experience I had staying at the Homewood Suites, I spent two month here and they made sure to make my stay feel like I was still at home. The staff was absolutely amazing, making sure my needs was always met, house keeping made sure my room was cleaned and the necessities I needed was always at hand. Front desk Corinna was very helpful and friendly. Leaving there was like saying goodbye to a very good friend. If I ever need to go back to Santa Maria this is the hotel I would request to stay at and recommend.
