Staying here for a week on a work trip in San Fran. The rooms are nice and spacious. Breakfast is included and even has a chef manning the omelette line! Ice is on fourth floor laundry is on fifth. Laundry takes quarters and detergent can be purchased at front desk(one washer one dryer funny smell) Gym includes a singular bench with dumbbells up to 65, one row machine, 4 ellipticals, 5 treadmills, and one smith machine. Evening reception at the bar starts at 5 If you’re a guest you get two drinks complimentary from 5-6:30. 4/5 star experience for sure! A little far from food so you may need to call delivery. Red oak is located behind the bar (a bit pricy)

As a guest with allergies, the excessive dust in the room made my stay extremely uncomfortable. The dust was concentrated right next to the bed, which made it even worse. I checked in at 11pm after a long workday, so I was too tired to notice the condition of the room until I woke up feeling unwell.

The property is beautiful, rooms are nice and well appointed. Then that's where it ends.
For some reason, they skimp on everything else. There was a time when the Manager reception was a really nice event. Now, coupons to get a water down drink, lame beer or wine from a box. The food, please, I have had better snacks at a PTA meeting.
Then, there was a time you could get a cup of coffee in the Lobby, nope, not here. There is a machine in the snack shop, serves Starbucks and.....wait for it.....$13.00 for 12 Oz. Starbucks doesn't even charge that much ans this is made by a machine!
When i asked the front desk, they said "you have coffee in your room, enjoy."
If you want a nice room at a nice property, this the place. But DO NPT expect that old Embassy Suites experience and outstanding customer service. I guess that cost too much.

Everything is fine except for my colleague seeing a giant rat by the breakfast juice machine. It ran behind the machine and into the wall. She alerted staff.

Even though the rooms are bigger then most, the place is dreadful. They have prioritized form over function at every step, and the form looks like a prison cell block and all the “cool” dark accents that are meant to be rock n roll only highlight what a dungeon this is.
