Beware – Do Not Stay Here
Service was terrible, the hotel was dirty, and I was charged $55 for parking that was never mentioned at the service desk. This fee was added after my stay to the credit card they had on file, which feels deceptive and done in hopes you won’t notice.
I spoke with the manager, Peter, and he was condescending and rude on the phone. He didn’t apologize and made no effort to offer a refund or resolve the issue.
Between the poor service, lack of cleanliness, and surprise charges days later, this place is not worth the money. I would not recommend staying here.

Dated hotel but clean with large comfortable rooms. Excellent staff and service. I had one of the best omelets ever in the restaurant for breakfast. Special shout out to Emerson at the front desk for helping calm my anxiety of airline delayed luggage with a cruise coming up. Great location with shuttle to cruise ships and downtown San Pedro, a cute little city.

Rooms are spacious but a worn down. Location is great for cruising but the “free shuttle” is first come first serve (so it was full when we arrived). We thought our reservation reserved us a spot so we found ourselves scrambling to make other plans last minute. It also starts transporting to the dock 3 hours before cruise check-in which seems crazy. In retrospect, it would have been cheaper and easier to stay elsewhere and park at the dock.

Location is accessible to other places nearby property is very beautiful! Now the room is decent and a little out dated, also had a bad lingering smell kinda smelled like a nursing home mixed with either mold or dog poop.. rooms need to be renovated and REMOVE the wallpaper and just use paint..wallpaper hold smells, mirror had a white hand print and the air conditioner look like it was previously leaking.. other than the room Hotel is nice didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast.. but If your looking for something quick this would be fine for a night or 2

We stayed here to cruise on Royal Caribbean. The day we checked in, Luis, at the front desk was very accommodating. He was able to check us in early and our room was nice. He gave us the warm cookies and bottles of water as we have come to enjoy from Hilton. We really appreciated the fact he checked us in early since we had a 7 hour flight and arrived way before the actual check-in time.
When we returned from the cruise we could not check in early. Which is understandable and wasn't a problem as the front desk held our luggage for us. The front desk person was not Luis from our original check in. We were not offered the warm cookies or waters. Our room was less than adequate. This was very unexpected. It was dirty and needed several basic repairs. We did receive 10,000 Hilton Points as a restitution and that was appreciated. Eventhough the return experience was not as good as our arrival experience, we would still recommend staying here as it was convenient to the cruise port and they made good on our experience with points added to my account.
