First, I liked to say we had a good stay on Saturday, November 8-9!
And, we truly appreciated being given the opportunity to store our luggage while waiting for rooms to become available.
While we understand that being right at the water's edge can cause it, we did notice significant mustiness in the room.
Also, the restaurant had slow, haphazard service, with some items not as requested. (Sadly understaffed). We just ate what we were served, despite those errors, since we did not want to wait longer!
The shining STAR in our stay was RUSSELL! He stayed late to take us to CVS! And, again the next day, he made an extra run to the port, when an additional shuttle was required!!!

When I walked up to the front desk the staff was harassing their shuttle driver. They were using racial slurs and calling him stupid for misplacing his keys. I was in shock, but I figured me walking up would stop it. Instead they tried to start harassing me. I am on a business trip and I don’t have time for this nonsense. I canceled the rest of my stay right there in the moment. In retaliation they have added a bunch of bogus charges to my final bill that I have since disputed and they have been removed. The staff is terrible, the hotel manager clearly does not care. Save yourself the headache and go to a motel 6.

I attend for annual meeting every year.
This November 2025 one of my coworkers was looking for chamomile tea since they're allergic to Caffeine.
I went downstairs from the conference room to get an employee.
The supervisor was negative and said there wasn't any.
Rosa was able to help me find some Charmomile tea so my cowerker could enjoy a warm beverage with everyone else.
Rosa took the time to hear out a complaint and help make thing right. That means everything to me as a supervisor in customer service.

OUTDATED AND OVERPRICED!!
Room is very outdated and compares to a low budget travel lodge. I was told the parking fee would be waived, however a charge of $27.50 was taken out my account. They say the parking is $25 but never state that there is taxes added on. I have stayed in many hotels and I have never had taxes added on the parking fee. My money was refunded and I will never stay there again. I definitely don’t recommend others to stay there either. The desk clerk Luis had a very disrespectful tone that I had to check him about. Customer service training needs to be done again.

Don’t count on the shuttle. We booked here for a group of 7 in 2 rooms. I called the day before and they said to just reserve the cruise shuttle upon check in and to not worry, it wouldn’t be a problem. Well our flight was delayed and we checked in at around 8pm and was told we could only get a shuttle at 8am even though we had the first boarding time at 11:30 due to custom inspections. So we had to make a choice of leaving 3.5 hours early and waiting at the port or pay $30x2 for a Lyft/uber. We chose to pay for the Lyft. As we’re getting into one of our cars, we overhear a couple say that the people at the front desk pulled some strings and called them another shuttle. So our group of 7 was left to fend for ourselves? Won’t be back! Our whole purpose In staying here was for the shuttle and we were told to not worry, yet it was the opposite. Horrible service in this aspect, although the staff was friendly this is a horrible policy and will not recommend this hotel to others. Also the restaurant is sub par and the service is extremely slow. Our server also charged the wrong credit card the wrong amount. We were able to work it out between us but he didn’t understand. Will try Crowne Plaza next time. Also the rooms here are dated and our carpet had a huge hole in it.
