This Hilton had a very positive staff. In the restaurant Armando and his team were very friendly. If there were issues they fixed the problems without questions which is a mark of good service. Paul at the service desk is very positive and value Diamond status and its perks. He also was respectful and motivated. Great team spirit.

The overall service was great! The folks at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We had two great meals at their restaurant Secco. The food was fantastic and so was our waiter Horatio at breakfast and Lloyd at dinner. They both went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. We will definitely be back!

I got bed bugs here on 11/11/2025. The communication from the hotel has been horrible and completely unacceptable since I reported the incident. I’ve called them four times now, each time I’m told someone will call me back soon with an update, and I haven’t received a single call back from them. The second time I called no one had any idea about the initial report. Once they confirmed it was bed bugs no one reached out to me to let me know, I had to call back myself to find out. I was told I would be receiving details for an insurance claim, however no one has reached out to me and the number they gave me to call just continues to ring with no option to leave a message. The apologies from Mark the manager and the rest of the staff have been insincere and weak at best.

This was by far the best stay. I was greeted by this lovely Indian lady. She checked us in. Gave us all the details about the hotel amenities. I was shocked by the hospitality she gave us. She also recommended a few good spots in the city. She told us to try the prawn curry in the restaurant which was delicious. Urvashi also gave us recommendations for great night life spots. I have stayed in many hiltons in San Jose but her hospitality and presence made our stay amazingly beautiful. Urvashi was wonderful. Highly recommended.

If you find this review helpful, please give it a like 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 I stayed at this hotel for one night on a business trip. It’s located in a scenic part of San Jose, and the front desk staff were incredibly hospitable — definitely the best part of my stay. Unfortunately, the bed was extremely soft and lumpy, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. On the positive side, the shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The gym was quite small with very limited equipment, and it’s located in a glass-walled room that heats up quickly from the sunlight — you’ll definitely work up a sweat here. I also didn’t like that it’s positioned right in front of the pool, so people coming from the pool walk directly through the gym area. Overall, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. The only reason I gave this hotel three stars is because of the outstanding staff.
