    This is the 2nd time I come to Parc 55 Hilton. I make the drive up from Santa Cruz to San Francisco, I book the Hilton specifically because of Carlton. This was my second stay where he’s gone above and beyond, and honestly, I now plan my SF trips around knowing he’ll be there to take care of me. Carlton makes the entire stay feel like coming home. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness are the reason I’m a loyal guest. He’s a huge asset to the team and honestly the main reason I keep coming back.     Great location, for the price though you could get a much nicer hotel. The JW was so close (at my time of booking) that I'm kicking myself for not going there instead. Pillows were way too puffy and hurt my neck, beds weren't that comfortable, and the blackout curtains still let through maybe 60% of the light

    The staff was nice and the room was clean but the king mattress transferred every motion and the extra bed in the room was falling off. When will hotels figure it that good mattress and a clean secretive is the only thing you need for a good stay. If I can't sleep, it doesn't matter how many amenities you put in the room. Well, we couldn't sleep for 3 nights because the mattress moved every time when one of us turned over. It was pretty bad. Really sad because the hotels is in a nice plans and as I said, the people were great.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stayed at Hilton Hotel Parc 55 San Francisco for just one night, and as a spinal cord–injured quadriplegic wheelchair user, I was truly blown away by the accessibility and hospitality. Concierge Manager Ryan Brown went above and beyond — arranging his amazing team, Yolinda and Alex, to help with my stay, from organizing a wheelchair ramp van to making sure all my transfer needs were met with care and professionalism. Their compassion, attention to detail, and genuine kindness made my stay effortless and memorable. The accessible rooms were excellent, and the entire staff made me feel welcomed and respected. I highly recommend Hilton Parc 55 to both disabled and non-disabled travelers — this team truly represents what world-class hospitality should be. I’m so grateful to Hilton for hiring such outstanding people.

    A Hilton with the amenities you'd require. The pool isn't located in the hotel and the website was quite misleading with this - it's at another Hilton a block away. The room was tired and could do with an upgrade, but the view was incredible - watching the sunrises and sunsets over the bay was amazing. Breakfast was included or USD35, it was a buffet but you could order your own eggs. The first day the buffet was great, but it became worse as the week went on. When I arrived at reception I received a lukewarm response, however when I told them I was a honours member they soon perked up and were more attentive.
