A fairly old and low quality Hilton located between China town and the financial district. Conveniently located for getting around most of the city. Check in and check out was smooth with a friendly front desk team. Reception was always well staffed so there was a never a queue. The hotel is pretty tired and old in both the public spaces and rooms, bathrooms especially. The room itself had a comfortable bed, large TV and decent desk area for working. The room temperature was difficult to control with the air conditioning, it tended to be too warm or too cold. There was no minibar, just an empty fridge. There wasn’t room service, however there was a drinks vending machine and ice machine by the lifts. Even though I was on the 24th floor there was a lot of noise from the street below at all times of day. Equally the rooms weren’t well soundproofed so you could hear noise from adjacent rooms and ones above. I would not recommend the hotel for light sleepers.

Suit $600 for one night . The service is cheap, the suite lacks five-star amenities, the walls are not soundproof, and you can hear the neighbors. Electric curtains does not close it all the way its broken. The suite costs $600 per night, and there's no jacuzzi or balcony as shown in the pictures – it's a case of misleading photos. There are no five-star hotel amenities in the bathroom, not even a toothbrush, no slippers, and no bathrobes. The TV is difficult to connect to a phone or computer, and there's no entertainment service. The service is cheap; there wasn't enough tea in the lounge, only one tea bag. There were no plates or spoons. When we requested plates for an event, they brought cheap cardboard plates. The service is trivial and cheap. Bad room service cheap just a little amount. disgusting service . They should go to Thailand 🇹🇭 to learn the 5 🌟 hotel service. The reception staff are unprofessional, and some are unfriendly. There's no restaurant upstairs, only downstairs. There's no bar or nightlife at the hotel. Compared to the five-star hotels I've frequently used all over the world, this hotel doesn't deserve more than a two-star rating. The Hilton hotel provided cheap service for $600.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Second night when we returned to our room at 6:30pm we noticed a dog crying/barking next door. Immediately reached out to the front desk. They sent security who opened the door to the room to find an unattended dog. Hotel said they had contacted the owner and asked for her to come back to the hotel. 11pm rolls around and the barking/crying starts again. Called front desk. States they contacted the owner and asked for her return. Hilton was unable to move me to another room of the same size. States that ‘security is taking care of it.’ The noise disturbance continued until close to midnight. Possibly the worst experience I’ve had in a hotel.

WARNING: FLEAS My room had fleas. What I thought was bed bugs ended up being fleas. I couldn’t understand why I’d have bite marks on my ankles and legs when I wore tights out every day and new bites were appearing at night. What I thought was lint (one on my pillow and one on my sheets) turned out to be a bug that jumped. I alerted the hotel. They had an “independent investigation” and reported the room negative for pests but would not share the actual report. My “compensation” was an apology and additional Hilton Honors points. The hotel allows pets, so though their report was negative, all other signs indicate I roomed with fleas. Proceed with caution.

This was the hotel me and my kids go to at least twice a year. Yes I realize that is not a lot of time. This last time was the last time we will stay there after the shenanigans that was allowed to go on and apparently supported by management as well who did nothing to address the situation. Or simply return my call after repeated request. The room next to me had a guest over at 1 am and were loudly talking like it was the middle of the day. Paper thin walls and most normal people asleep at that time so his talking and laughing were heard clear as day. I sent a text 2 security at 1:45 am and then again at 3:30am. Who has to go to a room at 3:30am to tell someone to be quiet?? I simply asked for a call from management, who was not in at 8am on Sunday morning when I first asked or again at 10am when I asked again. There was no manager in at 8am the next morning when I called and asked for a manager. Maybe that's the problem, there never seems to be a manager present. Paid for a hotel room that I got no sleep in and then had to pay $4 for a plain cup of coffee the next morning because the coffee pots in the room are always nasty! Upgrade those things!
