She made sure our stay with friends was dialed in from checking until checkout. Her and the staff across the hotel were absolutely fantastic. We had a suite on top floor which was beautiful. Only slight issues were the following: lobby bar closes early on weekends. And 2, windows that look out are dirty and difficult to see through. The restaurant Shelby’s, coffee shop and rooms and overall hotel are amazing!

You still get the lifeforms outside at all hours of night and day, it could be a surprise to some out-of-town visitors but as of 2025 things are quite safe. I used to live a block away and was entirely unconcerned with walking and running around at all times, as most locals are. Try the rooftop restaurant, or the WF just a block south can feed you well. Rooms are cozy and surprisingly spacious and some come with mindblowing views!
