Honestly, I have been traveling for over 30 days and was hesitant to utilize a “off brand” Hilton but this has been a treat. The front desk “Jair” has been an absolute gem, anything I need he has been able to accommodate. The rooms are stylish, clean and upbeat vibes. Convenient location, can’t ask for much else!!

Keep in mind , the rating is based on the price point. The rooms, for example, are small. But they are clean and modern. Updated lights , fridge, and Nespresso machine. It's in a nice area near the convention center. The floor has a good water dispenser and the room has a pitcher so cold, good water is free of needing bottles.

Had a great stay! Our room was clean, bed was super comfortable and the service was great. Really nice folks at the front desk & the rooftop bar made dining convenient when we got stuck in the city for an extra night. I personally really liked the location, the area was clean & I felt completely safe. So close to Muni and less than a 10 minute walk to the Powell St. Bart, so great spot if you’re trying to get around the city. Would stay again :)

Absolutely perfect stay if you want to explore all things San Francisco! Beautiful building centrally located- I highly recommend the carousel across the street and Mel’s diner. The staff really make or break a place and everyone was kind and welcoming, especially Jair. He was such a joy to talk to if I had any questions and went above and beyond to make sure I fully enjoyed my stay.

We stayed in the King Corner room and it was quite nice. The space is not massive, but it is big enough and didn't cause any issues. The rooftop bar is nice and has lots of indoor and outdoor (view of city) seating. The downstairs area has a large section neae the bar with a good amount of furniture l, couches, chairs, and whatnot for hanging out. The connected coffee shop can be used for any room credits you have, which was also nice.
My only complaint was that the windows let all noise through. If a car was parked at the stop light at the end of the street -- you ca hear their radio. If someone revs their engine, you easily hear it. This was a bit shocking, because we stayed on the 10th floor, so I thought it would be high enough to reduce / dampen sounds, but nope, you can hear all the road noise.
If they had better sound isolating windows, this would probably have beena 5star situation.
