    Staff are very kind. There was a payment mishalf with trivago and Fernanda was able to help me sort it out. Normally there are no issues but I'd recommend booking directly with the hotel just to be safe. Breakfast was good

    The 5-star reviews of this place have to be fake because this hotel is absolutely disgusting. Many rooms don’t have working AC, yet they still advertise that all rooms do. When you check in, they will let you know that several AC units just broke. 🤣 Just read older reviews and you will see that the AC has never worked in those rooms. The rooms are moldy. One of the rooms we got had such an awful smell that we immediately had to ask to move. There were old, dried-up boogers on multiple towels. We were in the elevator late at night with someone so drunk out of his mind he started PEEING in his pants. Then, the next morning, we went into the elevator and there were fake eyelashes on the floor. I cannot make this up. 🤣 I would avoid this place at all costs.

    Terrible customer service and very old and unkept hotel room and hallways. I reserved an ocean view room and they gave me a room with view of their parking lot. Upon my arrival in the room I let them know that the TV wasn't working. They came up twice to fix it, the second time with the manager, whom told me that she would be back in a few minutes and to leave the door open. After 2 hours I called the front desk and they said that the manager had gone home for the day and someone will come early in the morning to fix the TV. The manager is rude and unfriendly, btw, but the other female front desk person and the young guy in the morning are very nice and polite. The next morning, when no one had shown up yet, I went down to the front desk and reminded them about the TV and let them know that I would be back in a few hours. The guy at the counter said that it will be fixed. However, when I came back, not only the TV wasn't fixed, the room had not been cleaned either. A service guy was working on the TV. After leaving for another hour, when he came back he finally fixed the TV. I told them on multiple occasions to just give me another room, but they refused. And they wouldn't even give me any credit either. BTW, every time I got some ice from their ice machine there were some black particles in their ice.

    Arrived at 9 PM to be told our room had been cancelled and given to someone else. I showed the check-in attendant out itinerary, which showed no cancellation. We were told our room had been taken, and there was nothing that could be done. We were offered either a room with two full beds, or a limited mobility room. I asked for the room with full beds. I was given the limited mobility room. Once we got into the room, we realized we had not been informed the A/C was broken. The room fluctuated between 75-80 degrees no matter how hard the fans were blowing (pic for reference). The following day, I received a call from the manager asking if I intended to stay the whole period of my reservation. I told her I did plan to stay. We arrived back to the room to find our keycards not working, and had to go to the front desk to get them fixed. I was asked *again* if I wanted to stay the whole period of the reservation I had made. On our day of check out I ensured to schedule a wake-up call with the front desk. I asked for a first and second call, if no one answered the first. I guess that didn’t matter, because they didn’t call even once. Were I to do this over again, I would have just checked out and gone to a hotel that wanted me to stay there. I have stayed at a number of Hampton Inns, and was honestly surprised, as all my other experiences have been great. Will not be returning.
