Im a frequent traveler for work and diamond member at Hilton. I’m annoyed at the check in experience that I had.
In all of my time as an honors member I’ve never not been offered free water in addition to the bonus points at check in. It’s one of the perks of being a diamond member. The gentleman checking in front of me was offered waters. Not water or points, “would you like bottled water”.
Also, nothing at check in was explained. I did not know parking was 20 dollars a night. I did not know the permit needed to be displayed on my dash. The man checking me in just asked if I was parking and about the type of car and handed me my hotel key envelope.
It wasn’t until I got to my room that I noticed there was a parking permit that needed to be displayed and had to back down, and now into the rain.
I am annoyed at the service and check in process. Should have stayed at the Hampton next store.
Rooms are fine and clean.

I gave this location four stars, only because it's time for the furniture and some of the room furnishings to be updated. We stayed there for 10 days and utilized the room kitchenette and the outdoor barbecue. We also utilized the jacuzzi. The jets need to be worked on. None of the water it filtered or softened, so the directional of the jets wouldn't move and a lot of the water is wasted, due to coming over the sides. The same issue exists with the dishwashers in the rooms, they are caked with mineral build up. This location has fresh cookies at the front desk, which is a very nice touch.
The breakfast is okay. They have a muffin and toast area. Fresh cut fruit most days. Oatmeal and waffle maker. They also have 3 or 4 cereal selections and juice. They offer hot items such as scrambled eggs (from liquid eggs), the common little omlettes, sausage patties, a maple sausage (delicious) cut potatoes or potato cakes, they had biscuits and gravy one of the days (it didn't seem to be moving much). They also have coffee and typically bananas and apples, yogurt to go. You'll also find a cold water dispenser with lemon slices in it. I'm not sure how it tastes, I am picky about drinking filtered water.
Overall this location is clean and the staff is polite and professional. I met the GM Augustin, he was helping to straighten out a billing adjustment. Once fixed he asked me to tell him about our stay and if there was anything I felt they could change or approve upon. This location is slotted for a remodel starting Nov 2025, so you may want to inquire about what's going on with that. We would definitely stay at this location again, especially if new furniture is coming in (cushions are worn out in the rooms).

As a Diamond Member with Hilton, this was a disappointing experience. The AC and heat unit was maxed at 80°F, and the fan only worked on low speed. The room had a strong odor of urine and mold, which made it uncomfortable to stay in. What frustrated me the most was that the shower water temperature was restricted — there was no hot water at all. I stayed in room 417 for two days and did not see a manager on duty during my entire stay.
