    Ok we changed rooms 3 times this place was so run down outdate furniture fixtures carpet it smelled musty time floors in public areas dirty spiked food an drinks . No complimentary breakfast or coffee area. You could enjoy there Buffett at ,$18. Per person way over priced basically the same things offered by all the hotels with breakfast bars very simple an so not worth. Separate fee all Hilton hotels are set up like that outside dining other than guests their cost 22.95 wow a there's always the high dollar parking d Fee seems they altwatts have a hand out our first room had bugs of some kind both my husban an I got bits all over us after taking a nap very dirty room carpet was torn an stained beds were on old nasty looking wood pedastooles mattress es didn't fit an they were so dirty an stained 2nd room again so old dusdy an dirty walks bathroom tub sink had mokd an molding was peeling off broken handle on tolit e 3rd room still filthy but gave you an stayed in it I didn't shower or walk around in bare Feet coffee pot was sticky I was so conpleartly grossed out. Didn't eat breakfast went out to look at the pool Area again old peeling tiles around the tpool sides broken an old lounge chairs no towels dirty water an spa was rusted a n again very dirty staff was lazy offered no help or apologies didn't know how to cancel room 1an 2 they billed us for 3 rooms took forever to get it fixed. We were given a discount should of been free DONT GO HERE IT NEEDS A MAJOR OVER HAUL OF EVERY KIND VERY DISAPPOINTING COR A HIGH PRICED HILTON PROPERTY

    I called ahead and was TOLD that if a parcel arrived they would refuse it. Instead, they took the package from the courier and their InnVentures manager Christopher Soriano told me that what their onsite staff said or did is not relevant. Instead some unpublished /not on the internet policy. I called Hilton's 1-800 number and received the email address of the front office manager - Nadia Carter who denies me as a customer. Beware - This hotel lacks integrity and customer service. Go somewhere else as honesty, open communication and returning customers are not valued.

    The location was near restaurants and places we needed to go. The service was good and they did daily cleaning per our request. It is frustrating that hotels are trying to clean every 2-3 days during longer visits. We should not have to ask and verify that the room will be cleaned daily. This hotel did follow through and clean daily which we appreciated. As for the rooms, they need to be updated. The carpet had stains and the furniture has seen better days. The shower leaked most of our visit and the company would save money by fixing that. Overall, decent stay.

    The hotel staff was helpful even prior to my arrival. They accepted my packages and organized them prior to my arrival. The front desk staff are all cheerful and great you with a smile. The rooms could use some maintenance but do the trick for a quick trip to San Bernardino
