    Hospitality is dead. Nadia C the FRONT DESK MANAGER has not been trained to de-escalate situations but instead she loves to argue and provide attitude as an EXTRA on top service. We paid about $1000 as a group to stay at this hotel and she denied us $20 breakfast for food that they will most likely throw out extras anyways. She had the nerve to not hear that she “would not be able to help with further questions” after denying $20 breakfast with “EXCUSE ME?!” Yelled at me as there were hotel guests right infront of her. She provided very disgusting trashy behavior. Also with paying for our room, we DONT get free WiFi, that’s an add on too! Along with paying for parking. Hilton has become very greedy, which is understandable with their many locations but that greed has truly trickled onto the hospitality of their workers.

    Very very bad experience. Never again here. Just outside the room window there was an incredible noise. Level of terrace. Who will reimburse me for the sleepless night?

    Terrible hotel, they will charge you extra for parking without even letting you know. They said no parking comes with any reservation and that $12/car must be paid to park at the hotel. Also their breakfast was terrible, cold, and stale food that has been out for more than two days. The worst hotel I’ve ever been to. They literally are so bad I’ll never go there again!! You guys suck at hospitality and I will contact the regional manager to get to the end of this bs. Give me my money back that you took without even letting me know for parking. $36 for parking on top of the hotel Fees. WTH
