I wish I could leave negative 5 stars, I ended getting bed bug bites from one of this hotel, and it took them about 3 weeks to finally get back at me after they did they inspection. Im not getting fully compensated, they just called me to say they "found nothing" after 3 weeks doing the inspection today or yesterday. Very disappointed. For anyone planning to stay here, just make sure and inspect the bed to make sure this doesnt happen to future guest

If I could put 0 starts I would. Checked in and the hallway to the room smelled like urine. Went into our room and it smelled so bad I had to go tell front desk to spray it because we were so tired and all we wanted to do was sleep. My allergies kicked in. The next morning I showered only to realize the water was coming out due to their curtain being so high. I checked out that same day because I could not stand the smell. And bad service. They charge extra for amenities and parking per night. Not worth staying there at all.

Rooms are filthy. The wall had a stain that appeared to be blood. The carpets are dirty, dusty/stained and not vacuumed. We stayed for 4 nights - the room wasn't cleaned during our stay. The bathroom pretty much floods when you take a shower. The shower curtains aren't long enough to go over the tub and shower head isn't adjustable so water soaks the curtain, drips/slashes onto the floor. The bathroom floods and water runs out to the closet area. We were having to use multiple shower towels every time we showered to soak up some of the water and avoid slipping. No solutions were offered other than providing tiny plastic bags to put soaked towels in. Which I didn't use because they weren't big enough. It was a huge disappointment, inconvenience and safety hazard.

Easy freeway access, easy parking, lots of restaurants within walking distance, and a comfortable place to stay. Front desk help is simply delightful, & the breakfast buffet is well stocked with many tasty options.

Recently stayed here while attending a concert at Yaamava and it was a pleasant stay overall. Great location, front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complain is that our room door had a pretty big gap under the door (IMO). So while relaxing after we returned and trying to sleep, the bright hallway light was beaming through under our room door.
