I booked on a site aggregator which clearly said "free breakfast", but when I arrived I was offered only $40 breakfast credit for a family of four at their restaurant where dishes average $20-30 each. They refused to honor the advertised deal I paid for and have email proof of what I booked. They also refused any sort of accommodation at all. All I got was "we'll speak to the sales team". Edit: The response below is lacking. I am still at the hotel and you can make it right, this morning! I also sent you an email last night.

It's small, cozy and a REALLY great location for walking to restaurants, walking to Old Town Sacramento or just hanging out. Very nice, very clean rooms, on a slightly noisy street, but the WHOLE staff, whether hotel, restaurant, valet, etc., 10/10.
